The Driver before the one now left as I went around to the other side of the car since there was a female in the rear seat. When I called the driver and asked why he left nearly ripping my fingers off the door handle he stated that he did not see me. I asked him to stop that I would come to him since he is approximately *** feet from me and he stated that he had cancelled the order after waiting * minutes which is an outright lie. Your app stated that I had seven seconds to be outside and I was outside within that time. I respectfully request a refund for the inappropriate cancellation fee. Thank you.
