I went to Kohl's in Lavale, MD on Thursday Dec.** . I had received a sale paper that day and wanted to take advantage of a sale. I was looking for bed pillows. I could no find the ones on sale so I started looking for help. After walking around the store I finally found to people taking inventory, I asked if one of them could help me find what I was looking for, they both gave me looks like I was interfering with their life, finally one came towards me and I told I needed help in the pillow dept. she took off . I am ** years old, had a knee replacement and medical problems so I cannot walk fast. It was all I could do to keep up. I told her the sales I was looking for and all she showed me was the ones on display that were for sale. none of which was what I had seen in sale paper. She called some one called Mike and told him what I had said . I do not know how he responded to her but she looked and sounded like I was a bother and said that there was only one pillow on sale. I told her I had seen many in the sale paper. And she said I made a mistake and walked away. When I got home I looked at the sale paper and realized the sale did not start till the next day. Did she not know of the sale coming, did Mike not know when the sale was?. Was I to be treated like I was retarded? brushed off and left there trying to figure out what happened.*I have been shopping at the Lavale Store since it was opened in the downtown Cumberland, MD mall.*I have never been treated that way by any one till this episode. I will think hard and long if I will go back to Kohl's in Lavale*Yes, I made a mistake not realizing I was too early, excuse me but I did not deserve the treatment I got, I am sorry I imposed on any one there. *I will never search for a customer service employee for help I am only one person and no great lose if I stop buying there but I wanted you to know why.**Maryaann Salonish
