Change a shipping to address before it was shipped ... Placed an order* Noticed when I received email confirmation that my DEFAULT ADDRESS was not correct**Called Kohl's and was told to wait for the tracking number then call FedEx*Later ... received tracking number, called FedEx .... on hold for almost an hour only to be told by FedEx that FedEx could do nothing and to call the Post Office.**This was a Saturday so I waited until * am on Monday (Christmas Eve) to contact the Post Office. On hold ... was told it would be **-** min wait but after about ** min., call was disconnected. Called back to Post Office and * HOUR and ** MIN later I was given a representative who told me they could not do anything and that I should contact KOHL's**Called KOHL's again ... was told they could do nothing**This order was shipped to someone I don't even know. It was used once by my daughter for a baby gift and I still have no idea how my DEFAULT got changed to that address. I have received orders from kohls.com since she used this address. This address is in Missouri and I live in Illinois. The Kohl's representative told me I should have the recipient take the package to a local post office and have it returned to Kohl's. *Sorry, not going to happen. In my view, this should have been taken care of BEFORE I received a tracking number in the first place.
