I got a letter in the mail from you all saying that I applied for a credit card which I never did. And it said that if I didn't answer within ** days you would deny me So I didn't answer because I never applied for it. So you all did deny me . So I did call you people up you told me it would be straightened out. Which I believed you. And now my credit score went down a lot. You all ruined my credit because of the mess you all did. I want you all to call the BBB and tell them I did not apply for your credit card at all And for you to fix it for me to get my credit score up to where it was .*Linda Leary
