The issue in GetHuman-lyttlely's own words
I went to the Kohls in Manahawkin NJ today to get some socks. Within * minutes of entering store I found what i needed and went to the checkout. There were * lanes open and at least ** people in line who were checking out. Clearly you need more help. Finally the girl from "fine jewelry" came over and said she could help the next person in line. Clearly people would think her register is open so we got out of the line we had already been waiting in for ** minutes and went to jewelry to check out. When we got there the girl very rudely told us she was only helping one person and if someone wanted jewelry she could not check us out. She kept turning around as if hoping someone would show up for jewelry so she could tell us she couldn't help us. Finally when it was our turn to check out (after being in some sort of line well over a half hour to buy socks) she turned around and started helping someone in jewelry. I asked to see the manager who did come up and checked us out herself. After this experience I will buy my socks elsewhere. I will never enter one of your stores again. Your lines are too long, your employees are rude, and clearly the customer buying socks is not important to you. So Long Kohls...Never again! Do not add my email to your mailing list. I am giving it to you only so your management can contact me if they need to get more information to remedy this problem. If this automatically adds my email to an email list please promptly remove *****@***.com from further emails. I do not wish to be solicited.*Sincerely Mark Lyttle
