I made a return now over a month ago, they said I would receive a store credit in * to ** days... received nothing. When I called kohl’s return, I’ve called several times, and left many voicemails...have not once got a call back. I’m very frustrated. I will never shop at kohl’s again. If I knew I wouldn’t have received credit for my return, I wouldn’t have returned at all. Beyond frustrated. I am better contacted by phone.. ***-***-****
