Help with my Kohls.com issue

Months ago I placed an order. The order was paid for with store credit, gift cards and the remaining balance went on my kohls card. Order **********. The store credit and gift cards were discarded bc they were zero balance. Days later I receive an email that an item I ordered was not in stock. I called and complained. C the money I used to pay went back into cards I no longer had in my possession. I was told I would be mailed a store credit card and ** days and have no received.
GetHuman-johniesh did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.
