Hello, **Today we wrote to you about a non-proccessed booking, and GetHuman team replied that the money is refunded. Now I appreciate the prompt response and action but, the refund needs ** days to be proccessed.**Instead of refund, I would like to book a new flight with the money that went into your system, since the issue has caused our passengers to miss their flight. **The booking reference was *******. They are * passengers. Their flight is from Istanbul to Riyadh. I would really appreciate if you can help us in that regard.
