I bought a Groupon in February for Scruples Salon & Spa two Brazilian waxes to be used on separate occasions and I have yet to even go once. No where in the ad did it say that I could only use it on certain days. I have had to call multiple times to try to either get an appointment or get a refund. When I call the place I am told I cannot use the Groupon from Friday to Sunday (which is not in the advertisement*ad). Those are the only days I am really available. Two vacations later and I still cannot make an appointment. I planned to use this a long time ago and I have yet to receive the service. So I basically gave this place my money for a service I am not going to receive (it expires in a few weeks). i would like a complete refund before I report it to my bank as a fraud. I don’t believe that I should have payed that money for something I am not even able to schedule on a date that I am available. I have never had an issue with Groupon before, but it really doesn’t seem fair for the customer (like me who works five days a week for *** hours and weekends are the only available free days) that I just handed money to a place that did not advertise their service correctly.
