I must share my recent visit to Allure Salon & Spa, which turned out to be a nightmare rather than a pampering session. My appointment started with the stylist being 20 minutes late and only arriving after a call from another customer at the salon. During the pedicure, my toes were cut so harshly that they bled significantly, and the technician even sprayed alcohol on the wounds, causing intense pain. The manicure involved cold water and cuts on my fingers that bled even after treatment, alongside a messy workstation with someone else's nail clippings. The hair wash was uncomfortable with water getting into my eyes, and the subsequent haircut was a disaster, leaving my hair in poor condition. The waxing was unhygienic as the bed had remnants from the previous customer, and the service was subpar with leftover hair on my lip post-waxing. Despite the ordeal, I still offered a tip, which was not appreciated by the staff. This experience was far from relaxing and ended up being distressing and painful. I regret visiting Allure Salon & Spa and will not return.

I tried to contact Escapism multiple times on Thursday, May 16, while in San Diego. The voicemail initially mentioned they would call back, but they never did. I left several messages regarding our reservation. Despite planning to visit them and seeing a sign saying they were open, there was no response. Even asking nearby, no one was aware of their whereabouts. We were directed to an unrelated escape room. After numerous failed attempts to reach them, I indicated we would seek a refund. The door sign indicated they were open and to call the same number, yet there was still no answer. I could hear my phone ringing inside, but no response. Strangely, after my unanswered calls, all later sessions were suddenly fully booked. Disappointed by the lack of communication and service quality, I am now determined to receive a refund.

I placed an order for an OSP Mini Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Headset (1 Earbud) on 5/8/19. Initially, the delivery timeframe was communicated as 4-7 days, but elsewhere it mentioned 10 days. I am dissatisfied because the Wireless Sports Stereo Sweatproof Bluetooth Earphone headset I ordered was missing the piece covering the adapter port, and it arrived in white instead of black as requested. The quality of the headset was very poor, far from the image shown. This experience has left me feeling disappointed, and I doubt I will purchase anything else from Groupon again. Attempts to resolve the issue through live chat were unsuccessful as the operator abruptly ended the chat citing inactivity, which was not the case. My purchase of the Blue Parrot [redacted] Reveal Pro noise cancellation Bluetooth device was also unsatisfactory. Although it arrived with attachments, the poor quality made it unusable. Earlier this morning, on May 18, [redacted], I placed an order for four items but removed three of them before submitting. The total due was approximately $13.99, inclusive of shipping and tax. After submitting the order, I received an email at 11:42 stating an issue with the card provided. I tried unsuccessfully to rectify the error, and they mentioned in the email that they would attempt to process the payment again tomorrow. I only intended to purchase one item as I had removed the others from my cart. I encountered difficulties replying to the email at 09:42, and updating my card details resulted in a postal code error multiple times. I recently discovered that my wife unknowingly signed up for a Select Membership with Groupon without my permission. The membership is for 6 months at $4.99/month with automatic renewal. I want to clarify that my wife does not have an individual account. I prefer using Groupon for deals but need the Select Membership canceled promptly to avoid additional charges on the Mastercard.
