On 5/19/19, I purchased crab legs through what I believed was Groupon. After attempting to redeem my code on the crab company's website, I encountered difficulties. Today, upon contacting the company, I discovered that I would only be receiving 2 crab legs, additional seafood, and would have to pay nearly $[redacted]. This is not what I anticipated. Groupon has already charged my credit card $16. Could you please process a refund for this amount? Thank you.

Hi, I would appreciate a prompt response to my urgent concern. My order from Groupon placed on May 3rd has not arrived despite receiving an email notification that the items were delivered. I submitted a complaint over a week ago and have not received any response despite being assured that someone would reach out within 48 hours. My experience with Groupon has been very disappointing. I had made a reservation at a hotel through Groupon, but upon arrival, the hotel had no record of it. I provided the confirmation number from Groupon, but the hotel clerk refused to honor it. Upon checking my email confirmation, I noticed that the payment had not been confirmed with Groupon. Four days later, I was charged by Groupon. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and am considering turning to social media and local news agencies to get a refund. It's concerning that Groupon does not prioritize its customers. This has left me feeling very let down.

During my visit to San Fransisco, I purchased 2 passes for 3 activities. It was frustrating when the GoCar rental pass did not work properly despite attempts to fix it, causing delays on my vacation. I later received an email explaining an error with the passes, which, although clarifying the issue, felt unhelpful after the fact. As a loyal user of your services, this experience impacted my vacation negatively, leading to a disappointing day spent trying to resolve the voucher issues. I hope in the future errors like this can be resolved proactively to prevent further inconveniences for customers.

I attempted to purchase two Mk backpack purses on Groupon, which initially showed a successful transaction but later reflected a refund. However, I noticed that my card was charged six times for $42.81 each. This is confusing and frustrating as I only have a Sam's membership through Groupon. This is my second time using the app, and after this experience, I will not be using it again. It is unacceptable to be charged multiple times for a refunded item and not receive any purchased items. Order number [redacted] included two products. One item was sent via USPS to an outdated address, which caused an issue since the Post Office has my new address but FedEx does not. I am not sure why the package was sent to the old address even though I updated my address details on the order. Good morning, I recently bought the Merkury Innovations 3.1A Wall Plate and it was delivered as expected. However, I also ordered an MKII satchel purse which the tracking says was delivered, but I have not received it. The tracking shows conflicting information. I would like a refund for the purse since I have bought another one already. The charge of $26.80 was deducted from my bank account on April 29. Additionally, I have been trying to cancel my shipping membership but have not been successful in contacting anyone. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved within the next 24 hours. I have encountered an issue where my Groupon was marked as used when I hadn't utilized it. The individual who prematurely redeemed it contacted me and explained I'd need to reach out to Groupon for a refund due to her inability to complete my service. 1.) The fact that she used it prior to my appointment led me to inquire about this situation previously. 2.) Could someone provide me with the Groupon contact number? I've been unable to locate it, adding to my frustration and concern as I attempt to reclaim the significant sum of money I spent. Requesting a refund of $85 as I find myself in distress over the events that transpired without any input from my end.

I am having trouble accessing my account. When I attempt to register, it says my email is already in use, but when I try to log in, my password is not accepted. Despite trying to reset my password, I received an email stating there is no account linked to my email address. This contradictory information is preventing me from using the app and accessing my vouchers purchased recently. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello Groupon, My spouse and I bought a Marky photobooth package from your website for our wedding on May 11, [redacted]. The contract stated a representative would be present for 4 hours to set up and handle the photobooth during the event. Unfortunately, they breached the contract. The representative only set up the booth and left for more than 3 hours. When we faced picture issues and tried to call him back to manage the booth, he only returned over 3 hours later as the reception was almost over. We are very disappointed with how things unfolded and how it affected our special day. The company offered us a $50 refund, an album, and $[redacted] credit for future purchase, but we paid over $[redacted] for their service. We made it clear we won't be using their service again, rendering the $[redacted] credit useless. We are not implicating Groupon, but we suggest removing Marky photobooth as a seller to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment.

I purchased the HQ Vaporizer Kit with E Juice 5 pieces (Zebrasmoke) through Groupon on May 8th. Groupon directed me to the Zebrasmoke website to redeem my purchase. However, upon visiting their site, I could not find the product I ordered among the items listed. I have emailed Zebrasmoke twice with no response. When I contacted Groupon, they stated that the issue needed to be resolved between Zebrasmoke and me. They provided me with Zebrasmoke's phone number, but it does not work. The coupon expires in July, but if unused, I can still use the amount paid for something on Zebrasmoke's website. I feel like this situation is a case of fraud or bait and switch since they are not displaying the product I bought. I urge Groupon to address this issue and stop promoting potentially fraudulent businesses like Zebrasmoke.

I bought this Castle Escape Room experience as a Christmas present for my daughter and her family. I purchased a Brazilian Blowout from Hairlove by Mandie on April 29th, [redacted]. Due to the specific timing required when getting a Brazilian blowout after coloring your hair, I scheduled my appointment accordingly. However, on the day of my appointment, Thursday, May 16th, she had to cancel because of an emergency. I have been patiently waiting for a week for her to reschedule, but I haven't heard back yet. I understand emergencies happen, but I am concerned about the timing as the Brazilian blowout needs to be done before my next hair color appointment. I would like to request a refund for two separate orders. The first one was in [redacted] for the Will's Way Creole cooking class. I wasn't able to attend, so I contacted them a few days before the Groupon expired, and they advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. Unfortunately, I never got around to it, so I paid $58 but never received the service. The second refund request is for the Stars and Strikes order I made recently for $39. Due to a redemption issue, I had to cancel my order, but the refund hasn't appeared on my card yet. I'm asking for a total refund of $97 to be processed back to my card or for the amount to be credited towards another service. I expect the full $97 refund as I have not utilized any services for that amount.

Hello, I mistakenly placed two orders recently. One order appeared to not go through, so I attempted it again and both transactions were processed. Furthermore, at one restaurant, I was told after showing my voucher on my phone that I couldn't use it for the buffet, and was advised to utilize it during my next visit. The orders in question are from Shalimar Indian Restaurant and Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant. Could you kindly assist me with a refund for these transactions?

Dear Groupon, I am writing to address my recent frustrating experience with the Groupon I purchased. After buying the deal, I discovered I needed to get a membership with Massage Advantage to book a massage, only to encounter issues with their website that prevented me from scheduling a local massage despite having the membership. Due to this ongoing problem, I have decided to cancel my Massage Advantage membership after several months of trying. I am unsure how to apply an expired Groupon for the current offer at King Spa, where I want to use it tonight. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but no one seems to know how to do it. I had a similar issue at Natural Beauty spa where I was told I could reactivate a Groupon for an additional fee, but now it shows as used when I checked. After multiple emails and phone calls, I am still unable to view or print the voucher as it now shows as expired. I've been attempting to resolve this issue since January. Additionally, there is a voucher in my Groupon account that I did not purchase which needs to be addressed immediately. I need to exchange the date of my Cirque de Soleil tickets. I apologize for selecting the wrong date; I intended to purchase for June 2nd, not June 9th. Could I please switch to June 2nd?
