I’ve had a voucher for a massage at Honey Coated Nail Spa that was purchased months ago! I have called the business in a total of * times and no one has answered or returned any of my calls or messages, DURING BUSINESS HOURS, since I purchased the massage!! I haven’t had the time to actually physically go up to the spa, due to my busy schedule, until yesterday! The problem was that I was unclear about their payment policy because I had a groupon, but the voice message to their business stated that I had to put a card on file when booking my appointment. I just wanted to speak with someone to have clarity because the message stated that my card would be charged the day of my appointment. When I finally had the time to physically go to the business (yesterday), the lady that I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. Because the business is in a small suite, I had to knock on the door for service. When I knocked, I was greeting with a rude “yes,” and then I had told her that I had been trying to get in touch with someone for a while about my issue and she responded with “and......” I was in total disbelief but continued to explain my problem and she just responded with the same answer that was on the voice message and I was still left uncertain about the instructions. I don’t feel comfortable putting my card the site and surely don’t feel comfortable receiving a massage at a business with such negative energy. I’ve never had any issues with Groupon and I have always loved your services, so I was in much shock with this experience. I am satisfied with just receiving a full refund and will just look for another massage service elsewhere. Thank you!
