I recently bought a kimiyo double divan bed with a headboard. After waiting almost two weeks for delivery, the bed arrived without the mattress. When I contacted the store, they directed me to contact you. Unfortunately, I've been unable to reach you as all the phone lines seem to disconnect. Additionally, one of the metal feet is missing from the bed. Upon reviewing my order, I realized that the mattress was not included, even though the photo displayed it with the bed and headboard, leading to confusion. The bed's advertisement was misleading as it didn't clearly state that the mattress was optional. I'm disappointed as I cannot afford to spend an extra £[redacted] on a mattress after already paying a significant amount for the bed. If there's no resolution, I may have to return the bed as I wasn't prepared to purchase a separate mattress.

I purchased a dream lodge getaway around three weeks ago. Initially, the booking number provided by Groupon was invalid. After contacting Groupon and waiting four days for a response, I struggled for days to reach Dream Lodge. When I finally got through, my desired dates were unavailable. Despite my persistence in trying to rebook, I received no response for nine days as the mailbox was full. Vicky Salter from Dream Lodge later explained that the company is in administration and advised that Groupon should issue a refund since I hadn't redeemed the voucher. I've been asking Groupon for a refund for over a week, but they keep saying they are waiting for a response from the merchant. I informed them that the merchant, Vicky Salter, clarified that it should be Groupon handling my refund. I just want my money back.

I recently booked a waxing deal on your website with Daniela Beauty Clinic. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service I received. Despite booking an appointment for the 19th of January at 1:00 p.m., I struggled to reach Daniela throughout the week. I only have her mobile number, and each time I called, it went to voicemail. I left messages inquiring about confirming my appointment time as I had forgotten it after booking weeks ago.
Despite my efforts to contact her multiple times, I received no response. I assumed my appointment was at 1:30 p.m. due to the lack of confirmation. Moreover, I never received an email confirming my booking. Upon arrival today, I faced difficulty locating her clinic within the gym specified, after driving around for 25 minutes.
When I finally arrived at 1:55 p.m., I requested to reschedule my appointment due to the circumstances. However, Daniela insisted it was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I tried to explain and was met with the response that I couldn't receive a refund due to missing the appointment, which was not entirely my fault. I am unhappy that I cannot reschedule and considering my voucher expires in March [redacted], I am seeking a refund. Daniela's dismissive and unapologetic attitude was not appreciated, and I have no intention of using her services in the future.

I recently purchased two offers from Omaha Steaks for the Amazing Barbecue Collection, one for my daughter M. S. and the other for my daughter S. E. They contacted them with verification codes as their Christmas gifts. However, when M. S. called with the code, she was asked to select a package and chose steaks instead of the Amazing Barbecue Collection. This was not what I intended, paid for, or what the verification code was meant for. She was charged $17.99 for shipping, while S. E.'s order had a $13.99 shipping fee and received the correct items. When I called for S. E.'s order, I was not given an option and they immediately ordered the Amazing Barbecue Collection. I contacted Omaha Steaks, and they referred me to their terms stating that without specifying the collection, she wouldn't receive it. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I request a resolution to this matter.

I need assistance with printing two refund shipping labels. The first label is for returning 1 set of 6 pairs of Copper Elite socks in Size Small/Med. The second label is for a pair of leggings I did not order but received. I initially ordered the Women’s One Size Cozy leggings 3-pack, but only got the Purple Gold Paisley pair. I did not receive the Colorful Paisley pair or the White Coral Black pair, which I really want.
I also received a pair of Fair Isle Printed Winter leggings that I did not order. They are cute, but I prefer the ones I ordered. Since I received 4 packages, with the leggings and socks coming from Hebron, Ky, I am unsure if it matters which bag each item goes in for the return. I booked a massage appointment with Massage Advantage for a session with Ted Platt at [redacted] Congress Ave in Boynton Beach, FL. However, upon arrival at the mall, I couldn't locate Massage Advantage or Ted Platt. There was no phone number provided for assistance, making it impossible to verify the appointment.
It seems that Massage Advantage operates as an appointment center for independent masseuses without a direct phone line for inquiries. I purchased four vouchers assuming the location was convenient, but with no success, I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted].00 for the aforementioned Groupons. I recently had a medical treatment with hyaluronic acid for my under-eye bags through Groupon. When I arrived at the clinic with my cousin, I felt unwelcome as the lady attending to me seemed uninterested. She barely completed my medical history, citing that at 23 years old, I was not eligible for the Groupon treatment but would have to pay an additional 99€ for a different treatment involving my own blood plasma. However, the doctor didn't assess me, and it seemed the lady was just a receptionist. The clinic appeared unclean and unwelcoming with dim lighting during operational hours and dusty furniture. I recently bought 4 vouchers from True Rest Brick intending to gift 3 and use 1. However, when I tried to redeem one this past weekend, I encountered a significant problem. The advertisement on Groupon did not match the actual experience at True Rest Brick. Upon arrival, I was informed that in order to use the voucher, I had to become a member of the facility and pay the membership fee. Despite my reluctance, I felt pressured and ended up paying the difference to avoid any further issues. I am now left with a $60 difference that I was forced to pay due to false advertising.
I am extremely upset by this experience, and I am seeking a refund for all 4 vouchers. I also plan to pursue getting my money back from True Rest. I believe Groupon should assist in resolving this matter since I purchased the misleading deal through their platform. This incident has left me disappointed with my first experience using this app.

I recently purchased a full synthetic oil change at the Midas location on South Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas for my VW Golf. Initially, the manager suggested using a Euro oil instead. However, after attempting the oil change, he informed me that they were unable to complete the service and returned my car to me. I noticed the check engine light was on, and upon inspection at the VW dealership, my engine was covered in hot oil and the cap was not properly secured, causing the engine to overheat. The dealership advised that this negligence could have damaged my engine. I plan to contact Midas management to address this issue. I recently bought the Sealy Response Premium 14" Mattress Set: Plush-High Profile/Full for my 88-year-old mother from Groupon. While the mattress is perfect and exactly what I expected from Sealy, the box spring is too high for my mom. At 4’8” tall, she's too short to comfortably climb into bed. This has led to her sleeping on the couch since the setup a couple of days ago, which is not ideal. I'm hoping to exchange the current box spring for a thinner one or a stable support foundation to lower the bed's height, making it easier for my mom to use. I have three Groupons that I am looking to either get a refund for or exchange for credits to use on other Groupon deals. Two of the Groupons were for Scream Town, which we couldn't use before their expiration date as they shut down due to a racist comment made by the owner. Each Scream Town Groupon was $26, totaling $52. I prefer not to share the codes here and would like to provide them directly to Groupon for processing.
The third Groupon was for a haul away service. After a confusing experience with scheduling over the phone and online discrepancies, I had to cancel and intended to reschedule. However, the drivers arrived the next day as I couldn't sort it out in time. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I couldn't get the haul away service rescheduled and now wish to exchange it for a different Groupon or receive a refund. The haul away Groupon expires on January 27 and cost me $45.

I have already contacted you regarding an order from Hooka town or whatever it's called. I have spent time providing my order information and coupons, which seem unnecessary as everything is traceable. It feels like a tactic to reduce correspondence, but I will continue to reach out until this is resolved.
I paid for expedited shipping, expecting my package on Saturday, but it has not arrived as of Thursday. I demand a refund for the shipping fees. Tracking my order and contacting your company seems challenging. I refuse to repeatedly fill out email forms.
It's frustrating that paying was easy, but resolving issues is not. I want a prompt response and the ability to leave a review. Your lack of response to my detailed email with order numbers is concerning. The phone numbers provided lead nowhere, leaving me to question their purpose.
I am done being patient. It is unacceptable to take payment and not deliver. I have faced similar problems with Groupon before, not receiving products despite following up. If this is not addressed promptly, I will take further action.

I bought a Groupon for a psychic reading with "Psychic Cynthia" in Hopkins, MN. Despite multiple attempts to meet her, my appointments keep getting canceled. The Groupon is expiring soon on 2.5.[redacted], and I feel she has been disrespectful of my time. The first time, she canceled due to a family emergency, which I understood. The next time, she canceled on the same day after confirming the appointment. I purchased a Groupon for Photobook Canada, which should have allowed me to buy $90 worth of products. However, when I went to purchase my photobook, I was only receiving $75 worth of products and was asked to pay the $15 difference. The issue was resolved after some online chats, and I paid the shipping fees to order the book.
When DHL delivered the package, they asked for customs fees of $17.04, which caught me by surprise as I hadn't been informed earlier. After contacting Photobook and sending emails back and forth, they agreed to cover the customs fees but requested a formal DHL receipt, which I didn't have. I reached out to DHL Brokerage for the receipt, but they only responded after DHL had already shipped the album back to Photobook Canada on Jan 19, [redacted].
Now, I'm worried that Photobook might cover the customs fee but may ask me to pay for shipping again. If that happens, I'd prefer a full refund to avoid more costs. It's been over a month of back and forth, and the delays have been frustrating. I hope Photobook can sort this out with DHL, but if not, I'm wondering if a refund is possible.

I recently purchased tickets for a comedy show at the Funnybone in St. Louis for a group of 8 using a deal from Groupon. When I arrived, I was informed that I needed to wait for seating availability, as Groupon tickets were treated differently. After waiting 15 minutes past the event start time, they told me it was sold out and asked for additional payment which I refused. I attempted to make reservations by calling three times today, but the phone system was not updated to the current date and no one answered during business hours. I paid $80 for tickets I can't use, and I feel disrespected by how I was treated. I had to rearrange my schedule and pay for a sitter, only to be let down.
