I have purchased a One-Hour Queen Spa Pedicure from La Belle Nail Spa at [redacted] Center St. Middleboro, MA [redacted] using Voucher #[redacted]5 and Groupon# LG-M52j-6HXR-P75C-6LV4, which expires on 2/7/19. Despite calling multiple times and eventually receiving a call back, I was informed that the spa is no longer in business. I attempted to contact them at [redacted]. I am not seeking a refund but would like to use the value towards another service. I am feeling frustrated as I cannot reach anyone for assistance. I am beginning to lose faith in Groupon as a reliable company, as they have not reached out to me yet. Please get in touch via email to discuss how this situation will be resolved. Hello, my name is Maria D Matta. I used Groupon voucher [redacted] for Permanent Makeup by Wanda. I had an appointment today at 1:45pm and arrived at 1pm. After waiting until 2:15pm, Wanda informed me I purchased the wrong service and needed to remove the old permanent makeup on my eyebrows. She quoted $[redacted] for the fix, which was more than the Groupon value. When I asked for a refund, she directed me to contact Groupon. Despite my explanation, Wanda became upset over losing money on my appointment and declined to continue working with me. She abruptly left to attend to her next client. I purchased 5 days of parking at Park Plus by Towne Park at Newark Airport Lot on Dec 13, [redacted]. I parked from Dec 30, [redacted], until Jan 6, [redacted]. Upon my return on Jan 6, [redacted], I was unable to use my Groupon as previously agreed with a Park Plus representative. Despite showing my Groupon when I dropped off my car on Dec 30, I was told at pick-up that it was invalid due to being partially within a blackout period. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and we experienced a long wait in the cold at night for the shuttle. I request a refund for the Groupon due to this unsatisfactory experience.

Hello! I recently purchased a $5 book from Shutterfly and encountered issues updating my credit card for the purchase. Despite entering the correct information, I was unable to proceed with the transaction and eventually abandoned the purchase. Surprisingly, I was charged for the book days later while I was on vacation, causing me to miss out on downloading the pictures for the book. Unfortunately, the Groupon expired before I could address this issue upon my return from Christmas vacation. Could you kindly process a refund for the $5 charge? In early December, specifically around the 9th, I bought a $45 Groupon for personalized items from Qualtry. I haven't received my order yet and haven't gotten any responses from their customer service after emailing them. If I can't get my order from Qualtry, I'd like a refund, please. To Whom It May Concern, I had an appointment today at Lash and Skin Studio for lash extensions with 40 lashes per eye at 9:00am. Unfortunately, the owner, Ali, informed me last minute that she had a flat tire and asked me to come in at 10:30am, then adjusted to 12:30pm. She only applied 27 lashes instead of the 40 agreed upon. Despite my feedback, she insisted there were 40 lashes. She even suggested I pay extra for more lashes when she hadn't completed what I paid for. After the service, she requested a tip on my credit card, which I found unacceptable considering the circumstances. This experience was disappointing, and I am seeking a refund and will be reporting this to the BBB.

I bought a Groupon for sclerotherapy treatment but struggled to book a Friday appointment due to the limited availability at the place. Hello, I purchased a Groupon for Operation Wellness in Sterling Heights, MI, which stated one per customer. I had used a Groupon for an IPL treatment there previously and assumed that using another one for Skin Tightening would be allowed. When I contacted them, they informed me it's only one voucher per customer for any treatment. They mentioned I could obtain a refund from Groupon. My Groupon voucher number is LG-N62P-GZMP-PYMB-C31B. Hello! I have been getting multiple emails regarding redeeming my Groupon at Massage Green Spa in Scripps Ranch. After scheduling a sauna and facial appointment, I was surprised to learn post-service that my Groupon had been used in October. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $65. I recently discovered an unauthorized purchase on my Groupon account that was made by my mother and I am requesting a refund for it. I promptly contacted Claridge Hotel to explain the situation and they agreed to remove the charge, advising me to seek assistance from Groupon for the refund. Despite reaching out since September, I have not yet received the credit. I am determined to have this matter resolved as it was a mistake made by an elderly individual. Please process the refund to my account under the name Juan Infante using the email [redacted] The charge was made on September 12th with Visa ending in [redacted]. Claridge Hotel has acknowledged the error and instructed me to request the refund through Groupon. 1) I purchased a Steak 'n Shake coupon for $25, which included a $5 Groupon credit. Unfortunately, this coupon has been rejected twice, rendering it unusable. 2) I used the $5 credit towards a Samsung car charger that, according to your records, was delivered on 31st December [redacted]. However, I did not receive this item at my address. 3) I am understandably frustrated with this situation and find it extremely challenging to get in touch with Groupon for assistance. Upon their arrival, Diamond Duct Cleaning declined to clean the 12 ducts as advertised and instead insisted on cleaning all the ducts in the house, charging extra per duct. We are unhappy about this unexpected demand and feel deceived by their actions. Our main concern is how to proceed in getting a refund for this misleading service. The unclear terms not specifying additional charges have left us dissatisfied and disappointed. This experience has tarnished our trust not just in the company but also in Groupon for promoting such practices. Our aim now is to resolve this issue and seek the refund we rightly deserve.

Hello, I recently purchased 2 Bella boxes online through Groupon and was charged $19.95 twice. I expected the delivery by now but only received one Bella box for women. Upon checking my purchases, I realized one was for men and the other for women. I was then charged for another Bella box, despite providing my voucher number. This results in a total of 3 payments. I have evidence of these transactions in my bank statements. I believed that once the $19.95 payment was made, the box would automatically be sent to my address. This process is quite confusing. I bought a Groupon for ice skating, and I phoned ahead to confirm my 3-year-old could join with a special area for her. Upon arrival, despite the prior assurance, she couldn't participate as there was nothing suitable for her age. I paid, stayed for 5 minutes, then left. Unfortunately, my Groupon was already scanned at the entrance, even though we didn't use it. I wish I had spent the money on an activity she could have enjoyed instead.

On December 25th, I made a purchase on Groupon for a Roomba. Unfortunately, I was charged for two Roombas instead of one, which has been quite disappointing. I have been struggling to contact customer service regarding this issue. As a long-time loyal customer of Groupon, I did not anticipate such a lack of customer support. I placed an order for PremNatura Aromatherapy oils on either December 19 or 21, [redacted]. Currently, the status of my order shows that it is still processing and should be shipped within the next 7 to 10 days. Surprisingly, the jacket and keto weight loss pills I ordered on the same day have already been delivered. Given the delay with the Aromatherapy oils, I believe the best solution would be to refund me. I purchased Euro Cottage Cleaning with Voucher [redacted] but was informed they don't cover my area when I tried to schedule. I struggled to cancel initially but made multiple attempts as the expiration date of 1/13/[redacted] approached. Luckily, I found guidance on Google within Customer Support on how to cancel an order. However, I couldn't locate the Euro transaction in my purchase history. How can I cancel before it expires and receive a refund or credit? Even reaching out to Euro directly yielded no success.
