I bought a Groupon for a beauty service (M&I Chic beauty salon) and before going I called to make an appointment. They asked me to please not buy it through Groupon and buy it there (I guess because of the $$), but they failed to tell me that they would be an extra charge until after they already finished. They charged me an extra $** on top of the groupon without me even knowing. I went ahead and bought the Groupon instead of just paying them the Groupon because I had a **% Coupon and didn’t expect to pay so much. On top of it all, the job was terrible. They didn’t leave my hair the way I asked them to, I walked in asking them to dye in blonder that i don’t like how orange I had it and I left the place having my hair looking more orange than when i walked in, they didn’t even blend colors correctly, my hair has about *** different color schemes all over and on top of it all they charge my xtra for every little thing that I didn’t even ask for and without consulting or notifying me first. I didn’t have an xtra $** on top of the Groupon to pay them and had to take it out of my savings for my rent. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful and I’d like my money back. They wouldn’t refund my cash, but I’d like for at least Groupon to be able to Refund what I paid through the App.
