REFUND.**Hello my name is Joell DeJean and I recently tried to get a service through your website.The service I tried to get was a massage for two at Sagacious Oasis LLC located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I tried to receive this service on Sunday December *th. I got in contact with the associate or massage therapist that was suppose to complete the services for me and my girlfriend and she said she was out of town and not working on the day of purchase. Her website and voicemail said that she does work on Sunday's but I guess she was not in this particular Sunday. Her number is (***)******* if you would like to speak with her so she can confirm that she did not give us the services purchased through the Groupon website. I would like to be refunded the amount paid for that service being that we did not receive any type of service or massage. Today is December **th and it is within the * day policy to get a refund through the Groupon website being that it happened on December *th. The total charge was $** to my MasterCard and that is the amount that I would like to get refunded. Please get back to me and let me know what will be the next steps in this process.
