Hello, I recently purchased two tickets for a skiing trip package that includes round-trip bus transportation. I have a couple of questions. Firstly, I am unsure where to pick up my tickets. Secondly, I attempted to confirm my trip by calling the number provided for Hunter Mountain, which is [redacted]. However, when I spoke to them, they mentioned needing a confirmation letter that should be in my email. I provided them with the confirmation number I have, but they stated that it was not the correct information. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly. Thank you. Regards, Matan M.

Hello Groupon, I am Davina Essen. Yesterday, I mistakenly placed multiple orders. The specific items I intended to order are the charcoal dress with pockets in size large along with long black leggings and two pairs of size large black floral pants. I kindly request that these items be combined into one order to avoid multiple shipping charges. Due to my unfamiliarity with Groupon, I unintentionally placed several orders as I repeatedly clicked the buy button with an old credit card. I believe I have accidentally ordered six pairs of pants when I only intended to purchase two. Please assist me in correcting this order. You can reach me at [redacted] or through my email at [redacted]. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I recently bought a laser hair removal Groupon but discovered I cannot proceed due to taking Accutane, which can cause scarring during treatment. The technician confirmed this with her boss after already redeeming the voucher. Could I please get a credit refund for my account as I am unable to use the service before the expiration date.

In Borrego Springs, CA [redacted], there is no residential mail delivery, and everyone uses PO Boxes. Despite Groupon Goods often being shipped via USPS, the Groupon website doesn't allow orders to be addressed to PO Boxes. The local Post Office can usually manage to deliver items even without the PO Box number, but they are required to inform the recipient of the missing information each time. To ensure proper delivery, I want to update my address on Groupon to include my PO Box number, [redacted], on the mailing label since my Post Office does not use it. Adding the PO Box number as the Plus+4 number to my Zip Code would easily solve the issue, but Groupon removes this information from the label. I'm seeking advice on how to resolve this matter and wondering how other Borrego Springs Groupon customers handle this situation, besides avoiding ordering Groupon Goods.

Hello, I recently bought two Groupons for "Nino's Pizza" but realized they are for the location in Chicago, not Buffalo Grove where I live. When I tried to use them at the Buffalo Grove Nino's, they were not accepted. The Groupons don't specify the address, so I assumed they were for Buffalo Grove. The Groupon numbers are: 1. LG-XNP1-TKNJ-J2KW-4KJS 2. LG-41WS-9JRS-1C6X-TFSZ Would it be possible to use these Groupons at D'Agostino's Pizza in Wheeling, IL instead? I frequent that location. I appreciate your assistance in sorting out this matter. Thank you, M. Chin

I placed an order for a Canon Rebel camera and a 3-year protection plan separately on Groupon a few hours ago. The protection plan purchase showed as failed and offered me the option to buy again. Although the camera shows as available, it doesn't appear in the "My Groupons" section with my other recent purchases. My order # is [redacted]. I am unsure if I need to reorder the camera and the protection plan. I am hoping to receive them before the holiday. Please inform me if I need to repurchase the camera or if the order is already processed and on its way. Kindly contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] as I cannot access my [redacted] email. For calls, you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I am a dissatisfied customer who wishes to unsubscribe after a recent issue. An email from FedEx claimed the delivery of my order on 12/8/18 at 11:22 AM, but I never actually received it. It seems the package was left at my front door and disappeared shortly after. Given the high foot traffic in my area, it was a risky decision to leave it unattended. With the holiday season nearing, such negligence is unacceptable. I hope to hear from you regarding this matter before proceeding with my decision to unsubscribe. Thank you, A.O. Langford

I waited a whole month for my Fortnite backpack, which turned out to be the wrong one. It's meant to be a Christmas gift. Bernice C., the representative from Groupon who contacted me, has not been helpful at all. She requested numerous screenshots proving my inability to reach the company, but once I sent them, she stopped responding. The merchant, Ollical, has no contact information available, which Bernice refused to provide. I've tried searching for the merchant online to no avail. Clicking "contact merchant" leads me to a dead-end webpage regardless of the device or browser I use.

I placed an order on Saturday with Harry and David for a pear package costing $14.99. Unfortunately, I cannot afford this purchase or the shipping costs due to being a 74-year-old living on Social Security. I have not received any order details from Groupon, which I find unsatisfactory. I am requesting a full refund of $14.99 that was charged to my credit card. I need assistance canceling my order with the Groupon number LG-34VB-KLZW-CCMX-3Z2N as it has not been redeemed, and I cannot afford it or the shipping fees at this time. Please promptly address this issue and refund the amount to my credit card. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the status of my refund. I have followed the necessary steps by promptly replying to the email to confirm my satisfaction with the purchase, initiating the return process, printing the shipping label, and sending the item back to Groupon. I monitored the delivery progress through Canada Post, and the package was delivered on Nov 22/18. However, I have not received the refund yet. Despite understanding the processing time, it has been well over the 10 business days. It is frustrating to check my visa daily and see no refund issued. If this issue persists, I may have to refrain from making any Groupon purchases in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you. Troy M. The return was for the Stuhrling Original Men's Stainless Steel Chronograph Watch GP16564 with a blue dial, silver band, and silver case.

I recently noticed that when accessing My Stuff on the Groupon app, all my past purchases are displayed, including a recent one for a Super Sucker UR 3 Masturbator. The prominent display of this intimate item among other purchases makes me uncomfortable, especially in public settings. Although the product was discreetly packaged, its visibility on my screen is unnecessary. I suggest that only unused Groupons be shown to avoid such situations. The app could improve privacy by limiting displayed items to unused purchases. It would be great if Groupon could consider this feedback for a better customer experience. Order Details: Purchase Date: Sept 17, [redacted] Order # [redacted] Thank you, D J Bratt

I recently purchased a one-hour couples massage for my wife and myself and encountered some significant issues. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was challenging, which raised concerns. Upon further investigation, negative reviews on Yelp highlighted disorganization and poor customer service, compounding my doubts. After reluctantly accepting a specific date and time via text to redeem my $80 Groupon, communication with Tranquility Body Works was limited and inconvenient. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the listed address only to discover an abandoned office space. Seeking clarity from a neighboring business, I learned that Tranquility had relocated eight months prior. Despite numerous unanswered calls, I am left seeking a complete refund for this disappointing experience.

I recently bought a ladder that was supposed to come with free returns. Unfortunately, I hurt my back and now can't lift the ladder. When I purchased the ladder, the order screen clearly stated that returns were free and there was a mention of shipping restrictions. Upon receiving the item, I noticed a label on the package indicating that returns were allowed. However, when I tried to initiate the return process, I was informed that the ladder was not eligible for return. I bought the ladder in good faith and am now struggling due to my back injury. I kindly request that the return policy be honored, and I am hoping to receive a return label promptly. Thank you. Julie C.

I recently bought a ladder with free returns but unfortunately injured my back in the meantime and cannot move the ladder for return. When I made the purchase, the order screen mentioned "Free returns" without any restrictions. Upon delivery, the package had a label indicating it could be returned. However, when I requested a return and shipping label, I was informed that the ladder could not be returned. As a loyal customer, I trusted the return policy and didn't foresee this health issue preventing me from returning the item. Kindly honor the free return policy as stated and provide me with a return label. Thank you, J. Coplon.

I recently bought a ladder with free return option. Unfortunately, I hurt my back and can't even lift the ladder. When I placed the order, the fine print mentioned free returns. The package came with a return label, but now I'm being told it's not returnable. I bought it in good faith and now need to return it due to my back injury. Please honor your return policy as stated. Thank you, Julie C.

I bought a voucher for a photo blanket on canvasonsale.com, priced at $9.99. However, I was charged $[redacted].00 for the blanket without being able to input the redemption code. Trying to contact the company was fruitless, as the phone line only played music. The website listed call times with no answer, just more music. I have stopped payment on the blanket and now request a refund for the unused $9.99 voucher. Voucher redemption code: DSMN31Z4X6CY, Groupon Number: LG-FCN6-6XTX-XBYZ-K53F. Sincerely, J. Galantich.

I bought a massage Groupon for J. Stratton at Inside Sports using promo code SVJ2L4 from your email. Despite applying the code during checkout, I was charged $40.50 instead of the expected $30.50, an overcharge of $10. Unable to find a Groupon phone number, I tried your online customer service without success. The process has been frustrating and unproductive. As a loyal customer, this experience, along with a previous Groupon expiration, makes me hesitant to continue using your service. If my account isn't rectified, I may seek advice on our community's Facebook page about similar issues with Groupon.

Subject: Order Inquiry on Order Numbers [redacted] Dear Customer Service, I placed an order on November 9th for the 'Winning Moves Top Trumps Match Game, Marvel Avengers Edition' with order number 1[redacted]57-[redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the item. Despite sending two emails to confirm, I haven't received a response after being asked to confirm the purchased item. Additionally, I recently made a purchase on December 9th for an oversized scarf with order number 1[redacted]60-[redacted] under the name Louise Aspey-Smith. I am the account holder, Vicki Slinn, and my card is linked to the account. I was unable to address my concerns through online chat as the sessions ended abruptly. I kindly seek assurance of receiving my order by the end of this week or request a full refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Warm regards, Vicki S.

I have previously had positive experiences with Groupon purchases, but I am extremely disappointed with a recent deal I believe is deceptive. I bought a Groupon for "up to 40 units of Botox" worth $[redacted]. The voucher mentioned nine locations and required appointments. When I tried to book at the Cherry Hill branch, I was informed they only accept walk-ins. The person I spoke to, Victoria, was unhelpful and rushed me off the phone. After texting for the Cherry Hill schedule, I was given a single day for a two-hour window. The email listed fifty-nine locations, none of which were viable for me except Cherry Hill. Moreover, the regular prices were lower than the Groupon deal advertised. I have attached the documents mentioned below and request a full refund due to this misleading information. If I don't receive a confirmation of cancellation and refund promptly, I will escalate this matter with PayPal and my credit card company. Thank you for addressing this promptly.
