Exceeding the 10-day window, I reached out via email for shipping details but received no response. Despite a follow-up email, my inquiries were still ignored. Trying to call their customer service led to being placed on hold with no assistance. Unfortunately, it seems they are unresponsive, leaving me uncertain about the status of my order. Though I intended these as Christmas gifts, I am willing to accept a delay post-Christmas. I purchased a keratin treatment deal on Groupon and went to my appointment only to find out it was not a genuine keratin treatment. The stylist suggested I could get the real treatment for $[redacted] but needed to reschedule. I had already taken three days off work for this appointment, but what was offered was basically a glorified conditioning treatment that lasts only 1 to 2 weeks. I was frustrated that the service was not what I expected, especially since I know what a real keratin treatment is. I inquired why this was not clarified on the Groupon deal to avoid misunderstandings. The stylist mentioned she tried to get it changed with Groupon. I would appreciate a call or email to discuss a refund for the services that were not provided. It seems the ad on Groupon needs to be updated to reflect the actual services offered accurately. Despite the stylist offering the real treatment for $[redacted] with an $80 deduction from the Groupon voucher, I am seeking a full refund.

I bought a Groupon for a tattoo service at a tattoo shop in Venice Beach to work with a specific artist. We had been discussing the design for weeks, and I had finalized an appointment just before my departure from Los Angeles. However, on the day of the appointment, the artist informed me that a different artist would be tattooing me. I declined this offer as I specifically chose this shop for the original artist. Hello, this is my second try to reach out to Groupon for assistance. I am seeking a refund or credit to use for another purchase on Groupon. I bought voucher [redacted]7 for mink eyelash extensions with a 2-week fill. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for the past 7 months. Each time I call for an appointment, they are fully booked for the next two months. Finally, when I managed to secure an appointment, I arrived and found out that I wasn't scheduled. Today, in a final attempt to schedule an appointment before my Groupon expires in 5 days, I called again. The manager informed me that the earliest available slot is on Jan. 24. I explained that my Groupon is expiring soon and the scheduling has not been flexible. Disappointingly, she mentioned they wouldn't accept an expired Groupon. This situation upset me greatly. Moreover, she was not polite and suggested I either pay the price difference or contact Groupon for a refund. Given this situation, I have decided not to patronize this establishment and would like a refund from Groupon.

Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for Dunans Castle in Scotland, and it has come to my attention that there was an error with the package I selected. I don't have the computer! One of the customer service reps added an extra Dell Latitude to my cart without my consent, resulting in two in my cart. While I successfully purchased three other items, the Dell Latitude order did not go through due to a credit card update request. When I requested a call, the representative reentered the order without removing the duplicate, leaving me in this confusing situation. I only intend to purchase one Dell Latitude computer. Since November 7th, I have been dealing with a frustrating issue regarding a purchase I made on November 1st for a coupon at Xtreme Trampoline Park Kanata for 20 fitness classes. Despite trying to cancel the order due to payment issues and scheduling conflicts, I later discovered I still had an active coupon. Hello, I'm looking for some assistance with an issue I encountered. A voucher purchased as a gift for my son-in-law had an appointment booked for Saturday, December 8th. I recently purchased a Groupon for Volbella injections from Beyond Skin Aesthetics. My appointment started off poorly as I had to wait over 15 minutes in the lobby despite knocking and calling the front desk. The receptionist mentioned they were training someone. I purchased a mattress from Groupon, but upon receiving it, I've noticed discrepancies with the product description online. The mattress was supposed to be a minimum of 20cm thick, yet upon measuring it, I found it to be only 15cm thick. I'm having an issue with one of your vendors, Topeakmart. After purchasing a product and realizing it wasn't suitable for me, I attempted to utilize their free returns policy. However, when trying to contact them, my calls were consistently sent to voicemail for three days before I contacted Discover for assistance. Even after the return shipping label was received and the product was returned on Monday, the vendor's messages continue, requesting proof of delivery and stating they will "get back with me soon." I am extremely frustrated with my experience with PrinterPix through a Groupon deal for a photo book. I procrastinated and encountered issues when uploading pictures last week.
