However, there was an issue as FedEx delivered it to an address in Vancouver, WA, while I reside in Port St. Lucie, FL. I have been attempting to reach out to Groupon through their chat and email on the mobile app, but have not received any assistance or callbacks. This purchase cost me over $[redacted], and I urgently need this matter resolved. I am a long-time Groupon customer, but this experience has left me quite dissatisfied. I placed an order on the 11th and I would like to receive the original prices as quoted on the Groupon app when the order was initially placed. I also noticed that I lost my GREEN20 discount, which I don't believe is fair. I would appreciate a call back to address this issue or at least match today's discounted prices. Specifically, here are some of the items and their original prices: - Sheets: $22.99 - White gold plated opal bracelet: $7.99 - TV Wallmount (50-72 inches) was originally $14.99 with a 72% discount on the 11th. - DJ style cat ear phones were $4.99 each or $19.95 for a set of four. - Four-piece luxury bamboo sheet set was around $19.99. - Tree of life pendant was under $10.00. I also had several other smaller miscellaneous items that are not included in this list.

I purchased the Hello Sketch pad for $4.00 on a deal. I received an email with a voucher code GPNPSP1-ZA3BFPA5. Unfortunately, I couldn't copy and paste it. Qualtry, the company behind this, advised me to contact Groupon support, which seems to be unavailable. Karla from Qualtry initially helped but is now unresponsive. The credit card was charged despite the incomplete order. I am unable to view details or proceed on the Groupon support page and have requested a phone number without success. The order appears on my Groupon account, but I can't access it. The order number is LG1XC-544F-Z2VK-25PF. I hope Groupon will contact me about this. Thank you.

I have been trying to correct an issue with an order I placed for a fitness tracker (ID115HR Plus Fitness Tracker), but received a wig or toupee instead on November 28th. Since November 29th, I have been attempting to return the wrong item and receive the correct fitness tracker. Despite a note from Groupon on December 10th stating that my return was being processed, I have not received any further communication or a shipping label. I am eager to discuss this matter with a representative from Groupon as emailing has not been productive. I have tried three times to resolve this and am feeling extremely frustrated. On 11/16, I purchased a Groupon for 3 pairs of customized gloves from Qualtry. I used the Groupon the same night. It has been more than 7-10 business days, as mentioned on the Qualtry website, and my order has not shipped. I contacted their support via email on 12/8 and received an automated response promising a timely reply, which I never got. I also messaged them on Facebook, Instagram, and through their website's messaging program but have not heard back. Even after reaching out to Groupon, they advised me to contact the company directly, which has been unsuccessful. Groupon has also not responded to my concerns. I am frustrated and hoping my products arrive before Christmas, or I would like a refund. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon on November 22 for [redacted] holiday cards from PrinterPix. I created my cards and saved them to my PrinterPix account, but when I tried to redeem my code, I kept getting an error message. I contacted PrinterPix customer support multiple times, and after some delays, they extended my Groupon expiration date which did not solve the issue. Despite my Groupon still being valid until February 20th, the problem persists. I've tried live chat twice, waiting 45 minutes each time, only to get disconnected. It's frustrating as Christmas is approaching, and I might have to pay extra for speedy shipping to get my cards on time. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I am requesting either a full refund for the Groupon or credit to buy a different holiday card Groupon from Staples. Thank you.

I'd like to return an Aduro Extreme Boost 20,000mAh Portable Battery I bought on 11/8/[redacted] but received on 11/16/[redacted]. The reason for the return is that it's too heavy for me. When I tried to initiate the return process online on 12/6/[redacted], I encountered issues. The item is visible in my Groupon Goods as purchased, but the return link wasn't functional. I attempted multiple times without success. On 12/9/[redacted], I tried again and received a message stating the item exceeds the 30-day return policy or is non-returnable per the Fine Print. Interestingly, the item has disappeared from my order history. I find it important to note that the return falls within the 30-day receipt period and the Fine Print mentions Free Returns in blue font as a highlighted option. My main goal is to get a full refund of $19.99 for this item.

I purchased a photo album with voucher number H37YB28H5C7 on November 26. I have faced numerous difficulties trying to create the album due to server issues causing me to lose my progress. A Groupon representative directed me to printerpix. After many attempts, I have successfully designed the album pages. However, upon attempting to check out, the cost displayed is $58, which seems incorrect. While I understand there will be a shipping fee, the album itself has already been paid for. I originally ordered an 8.5x11 album, but the size was not available, so I chose the 11x8.5 option with assurance from printerpix that it's acceptable. I urgently need this album finished today to ensure it arrives by Christmas via standard shipping. Despite my efforts, the printerpix representative claimed my voucher is invalid and suggested I contact Groupon, which is confusing to me. I recently made a purchase on Groupon for three gloves totaling $41.97. However, I later discovered that four items were charged to my card without my knowledge. I am very disappointed with my experience with Groupon. I recently took over an established business and wanted to use Groupon for advertising to offer deals to the community. However, I encountered multiple issues with the Groupon representative. Despite informing them of incorrect details such as the name, banking number, and number of requested vouchers, the mistakes were not rectified. Subsequently, another representative also failed to correct the errors in the contract and refused to issue a new one with the accurate information, instead insisting that the corrections were made behind the scenes. Unfortunately, attempts to contact them for further clarification or resolution were unsuccessful, leaving me frustrated with the lack of professionalism and respect shown. I had to proceed with a contract that does not reflect my business accurately, causing inconvenience with clients expecting the advertised offer. I hope such unprofessionalism is not a common occurrence for others dealing with Groupon.

An email with a $40 coupon was sent to the gift recipient before the order was even completed. This mistake has caused me great frustration as I intended it to be a surprise gift for my family member. The website's misleading practices have led to multiple negative experiences for me. I purchased a Swift Stream WiFi Camera Drone and a Power Master USB Power Bank early this morning. During checkout, the wrong credit card was selected. After receiving an email about the failed transaction, I updated the payment information with the correct credit card. However, my account only shows one refunded drone and multiple pending items, including power banks. When checking my credit card statement, the transaction does not appear yet. I need to ensure I will receive one drone and one power bank before Christmas. My recent experience at BeautybySara was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a lack of greetings and communication due to a language barrier. The salon appeared unorganized and messy, giving the impression of being in the midst of a move. The hairstylist was inexperienced and lacked professionalism, only providing a haircut despite purchasing a voucher that included additional services. There was no offer of a drink during the appointment, and the hairdresser did not use protective clothing while styling my hair, resulting in hair getting on my clothes. Additionally, the scalp treatment I paid for was not properly executed, with no conditioner provided after shampooing. Despite presenting the voucher, there was confusion during payment, and the staff did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. Instead, they suggested I could return for the same discounted price for another haircut, which was not an acceptable resolution. I hope the salon can take this feedback constructively to improve their services for future customers.

I attempted to buy Spooky World tickets in October for a group of three sets. There was an issue processing my credit card, and I was unable to get the tickets despite multiple attempts due to a request problem. Since we were planning to go that night, my friends ended up buying the tickets for us. Unexpectedly, your system charged my card within the next 24 to 48 hours without my knowledge, for tickets we didn't use. Realizing this only three days ago, I have disputed these charges with my credit card company. This encounter, being my first with your service, left me disappointed. The struggle to purchase tickets and then being charged for unused ones later was frustrating. I have contacted you twice without receiving a response, and your system lacks customer friendliness. I will outline the issue again. I bought a massage on November 8 with the voucher number [redacted]2 under order number 1[redacted]85-[redacted] from 44 St Health & Wellness. They canceled my appointment stating I had used their services on September 28 with a voucher from Better Body Solutions. This connection was not indicated on your website. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the November 8 massage since I cannot use it. In the past, I could easily speak to a customer service representative for prompt resolution of any problems. The current process is frustrating and unclear about whether my issue will be resolved. Having used Groupon extensively in the past, I am now hesitant due to the lack of clear communication channels. The purchase was made from WeVape on ******** and the gummies with no THC have not arrived. I'm still waiting for my order of Just Gummy Bears, ***mg placed on *******. I want to cancel my order for CBD with MCT Oil Tincture from Live Green Help. I ordered CBD ****mg gummies yesterday but wasn't asked for my address for delivery. I purchased a Groupon deal for JustCBD gummies ***mg as a first-time user. Although the payment was taken from my credit card, I never received the product. I had an appointment scheduled with Sea Breeze Massage for a massage and facial. Due to car troubles, I arrived 7 minutes late. Even after informing them of my delay, I received a call 3 minutes past my appointment time where I was interrogated aggressively by the staff. The woman's behavior made me feel uneasy and upset. I have evidence of the unpleasant text messages she sent. I prefer not to reschedule and request a refund of $69, as they charged me a $35 late fee and marked my voucher as used without providing the service. I am trying to reach out to Groupon for assistance. I have attempted to contact their customer service email, but I am unable to type out my issue. Despite requesting call backs multiple times, I have not received any responses. I made a purchase of 2 Groupons for a set of 3 picture puzzles in July, according to my account, they were both redeemed on Oct 23, [redacted]. However, the company processed only one order, charged me for shipping on both, and only shipped one. The Groupon voucher shows redeemed, but the vendor is asking me to have it reopened by Groupon as the Groupon has now expired. I have been communicating with them via email for 5 weeks, and after being on hold for 35 minutes, they instructed me to contact Groupon and then abruptly hung up. I feel let down by the lack of assistance from both parties involved.
