While contemplating other items the next day, I noticed a $15 charge on my checking account from Groupon, which I found unexpected since they retained my banking details. I am having difficulty unsubscribing from an email subscription that I never signed up for. I am considering taking legal action if I do not receive assistance soon.
A few concerns:
1. I never registered for these emails.
2. I do not know who Derrick is and find the message on the unsubscribe page unprofessional.
3. I believe there should be a published phone number for customer support.
4. Despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe since November, the process has not been successful.
I refuse to create an account to contact support and do not appreciate my private information being shared without my consent. I am disappointed with this service and will escalate my complaint if not addressed promptly.

Hello, I bought a Groupon deal from Canvasonsale for two 24x36 canvases with shipping for $77.99 on November 17, [redacted]. The issue started when one of the canvases arrived with a printing error. Hello, I recently purchased NBA2K [redacted] as a digital download. However, the package I received from DHL was addressed to my wife, who isn't listed on my account. The sender's name consists of random letters and doesn't match any of my order details. Inside the package was a visibly used USB key without any proper packaging, only bubble wrap. I purchased a child's scooter that was meant to be delivered by Yodel today. The tracking information showed it was out for delivery but later marked as "undelivered - consignee closed" at 17:13. I've been home all day but no one attempted delivery or left a card. I'm unsure how to contact them or if they will try again. I live in an apartment where visitors need to enter the apartment number for access. This is my second time ordering a scooter from your company due to a previous lost shipment. Hello. I am currently at Port Authority trying to take the bus to Woodbury Commons. The agents here are informing me that the Groupon I purchased yesterday is not working. Even though I hadn't used the ticket, the agent pressed "redeem" today and caused a scene by yelling and stating that they have no affiliation with Groupon. This experience has been a disaster as I have previously purchased tickets without feeling humiliated.
After the agent mistakenly redeemed the ticket, I paid again using Apple Pay on my phone. I am disappointed because the experience with the platform was supposed to be consistent. I kindly request a refund directly to my card since I now have to pay for the ticket again, and I never actually used the Groupon from yesterday.

I purchased the Foliage Collection 6 Piece Reversible Bed Ensemble in Navy/White on November 25, [redacted]. However, when I received it on December 4, it was the wrong color, Green/White. I contacted customer support to exchange it, but received the same incorrect color again. The customer service responses seemed automated, with generic replies and even attempts to sign me up for something unrelated. I now have to make a trip to the post office during the busy holiday season to return the item due to your company's mistake. I had returned to your company after a previous issue with hacked account information, but the lack of effort to rectify this situation has disappointed me. I placed an order for two PowerMaster 12,000mAh LED dual USB power banks on November 26. One was Black and one was Red. The red power bank was delivered. The package arrived on December 7, but the Black power bank was missing. I checked the tracking information and it shows both were delivered. I had a certificate number [redacted]8-2-[redacted] for Matsu Sushi in my list of current certificates. I received an email alert that it would expire in 8 days, so we printed it to use it today. Upon arriving, we were informed it had already been redeemed. Despite showing it had 8 days left to use on my Groupon account, it had, in fact, been used. We were misled by Groupon into assuming the certificate was valid for the remaining time. Feeling embarrassed, we stayed to pay the full price for our food. We request either the reinstatement of the certificate or a replacement. It was disappointing to be told it was expiring soon when it had already been redeemed. The situation was not enjoyable.

I woke up to 9 unauthorized purchases on my Groupon account. After contacting them, they refunded one of the charges for $21. However, since the money was taken without my approval, it caused my account to overdraft by $35. Groupon has not been helpful, and the incident occurred on December 13th. They are unwilling to provide me with any details of their investigation or the names of their employees. I simply want a refund for all the unauthorized charges and to close my Groupon account. I have been dealing with rude customer service representatives for two days now, being repeatedly asked the same questions and even hung up on three times. It has been a terrible experience, and I am looking to escalate this issue to file a formal complaint and speak with corporate regarding the disrespectful treatment I received.

I recently noticed that my account had 9 unauthorized transactions. Although one of them was refunded, my account is still overdrawn, resulting in a fee. Despite requesting a refund for all transactions on Groupon, they have not been helpful. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and transparency in their investigation process. It's been 48 hours, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation for the delay. Groupon's customer service even hung up on me, which I found disrespectful. I made a reservation at the Imperial Hotel in Blackpool with a voucher, confirming the available dates with the hotel in advance. Subject: Disappointing Experience with Groupon and Harry & David
I would like to express my frustration with the Groupon gift I received for Harry & David. Although a $50 credit sounded like a thoughtful present, the redemptive process turned out to be disappointing. When I tried to use the Groupon on the Harry & David website, I was informed that I had to exceed the $50 value and pay additional shipping costs of over $15. After attempting to make a purchase just over $50, I was surprised to discover that I still had to pay almost $25 with shipping included.
During an online chat with Rose B. from Harry & David, she explained the limitations of only using one promotion per order and the option for free shipping if I spent over $50. Feeling wary of providing my credit card information without assurance, I chose not to proceed with the transaction. I plan to discuss this issue with the generous gift giver in hopes of resolving it with Groupon. This experience has made me question the joy of gift-giving and left me disheartened with the process.

I received my order that was delivered on Wednesday, but unfortunately there seems to be a mistake. I ordered 1 bedside cabinet, but received 2. The chest of drawers is correct, but I only received half of the wardrobe. I have box 1/4, 2 boxes of 4/4, 1 box of 3/4, and box 2/4 is missing entirely. I've been trying to reach out to your company for assistance, but there seems to be no way to speak with a real person which is the most effective way of communication. It is crucial that your company improves its communication channels and provides customers with the option to call for help. Unfortunately, due to this lack of communication, I have decided not to use your services in the future. When I visited the establishment where I had purchased a Groupon on December 15th, I encountered an issue where the code was not accepted because the app indicated it had already been redeemed, which was incorrect. It would greatly benefit your company to have a more efficient communication method that doesn't require waiting a whole day for a response and allows customers to interact with a live person. It is extremely frustrating when neither the merchant nor the company can assist. Being able to speak with a human representative would greatly improve customer experience, but it seems this is not possible currently. If customer support is not going to be prioritized, I will have to refrain from using your services moving forward. Thank you for addressing this unnecessary inconvenience.

I bought tickets to a comedy show advertised for various dates. I selected January 12 at 8 p.m., but upon purchasing, the confirmation showed December 23 at 4 p.m. This is a Christmas gift for December 25, so I was shocked.
