I purchased a humidifier/diffuser which was marked as delivered on Monday the 3rd according to the Groupon app, even though I never received it. I have tried reaching out to Groupon and the US Post Master, but the issue remains unresolved since late November. It has been three weeks, and I have incurred a $60 overdraft fee due to this situation. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, and I want the humidifier I ordered for my daughter to arrive before Christmas. Please address the discrepancies with the postal service promptly. I have been patiently waiting all month, but unfortunately, no package has been placed in our mailbox. The postal service seems to be struggling with their delivery and record-keeping. This has resulted in $60 in overdraft fees that I would like refunded, along with $80 from a Groupon purchase. It's important to ensure that products are delivered safely to customers, as responsibility extends until the item is received. Business coverage should account for such situations. While my sister-in-law is well-versed in international trade law, I prefer not to involve her. I kindly request the $60 refund for the overdraft and timely delivery of my humidifier before Christmas. In case the initial order arrives, I am willing to return it. It is crucial to uphold accountability and responsibility, especially given the insurance in place to assist customers in these circumstances.

I recently utilized a trade-in value for a Groupon but was unaware that I would forfeit the remaining balance if not used entirely. When I opted to cancel it, I expected to receive back the trade-in value to reorder additional Groupons. Unfortunately, I lost the credit. The trade-in instructions were not explicit enough. I have a $[redacted] credit that I would like to apply towards the same Groupon I traded in but purchase 8 instead of 4, or more to utilize the full amount. I intended to trade in the full value for the K1 racing Groupon that I canceled, but for the complete sum. Order#[redacted] was made on Dec. 15, [redacted], for Legoland Beach Retreat at a price of $[redacted].96. While browsing the website, I intended to check the price using the one day promotion of 25% off with code TAKE25. However, the code did not work, and the purchase went through unintentionally. I was considering this for my grandchildren, but I haven't even confirmed with their mother yet, as they reside in Toronto. Additionally, I was using my husband's laptop, linked to his account and credit card, causing further complications. I reached out to the hotel, who informed me that bookings from Groupon must be canceled through Groupon. Moreover, my husband won't be attending, adding to the complexity. I kindly request the cancellation of this transaction associated with the account [redacted] Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased what I thought was a Groupon offer for a one-year family membership to the Arizona Science Museum. However, it seems to expire in 3 months rather than after a full year as I expected. This is not what I believed I was getting when I made the purchase. I wanted my family to have unlimited access for a whole year, not just a few months. On November 23, I placed an order for two Beats in-ear headphones, one Matte black and the other rose gold. Unfortunately, I only received the Matte black ones, and the transaction for the rose gold failed. I've been charged $42.96 three times for the Matte black pair. In addition, on the same day, I ordered Muk Luks women's socks and a Lava Stone bracelet, being charged $15.02 and $10.73, respectively. To my disappointment, I have not received these items, despite them supposedly being shipped on November 25 with no tracking information available. I request a refund of $42.96 for one pair of headphones and refunds for the socks and bracelet. If this is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the BBB, as I am unable to reach a customer representative for assistance.

I bought a Brazilian wax from "Princess Nails and Spa" at [redacted] East Green St., Pasadena, CA. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the service because of the extremely rude behavior of the lady at the salon. When my friend went first and politely requested her to slow down a little during the process, the Asian lady became angry and asked my friend to leave. Despite my willingness to proceed with the service, the lady rudely started recording us when my friend inquired about a refund for the unfinished service. This whole experience was upsetting as I didn't receive the waxing I paid for and was treated disrespectfully without any reason. I am disappointed and in need of a refund for the services I didn't receive.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Qualtry and ordered an item on 11/26 for Christmas. Unfortunately, my order has not shipped yet. I've tried reaching out to Qualtry four times through email without any response other than an automated acknowledgment. I also called their business line but only got voicemail. Despite contacting Groupon for assistance via email, they advised me to contact the seller first and provide a ticket number, which Qualtry doesn't offer for issue resolution. Groupon has only reinstated my voucher, which is not what I requested. I even tried using Groupon's live chat, but encountered the same issue. At this point, I simply wish to receive a refund. I bought tickets for Peppa Pig Live on November 3, [redacted], at $40 each totaling $[redacted]. The tickets were advertised as lower level seats, but when we arrived at the venue, we were seated in the very back of the balcony. Meanwhile, family members who purchased cheaper tickets through Groupon got seats in the lower level and received immediate seat assignments. Hello, I recently tried to attend the Nubian Nutcracker in Atlantic City, New Jersey. After a one-hour drive and paying $10 for parking, my daughter and I were denied entry at the door. I waited in the ticket line and presented my Groupon vouchers. We received programs and were informed they would act as tickets since wristbands were unavailable. As we moved to the theater entry line, we were told there were no more seats. A woman asked everyone still in line to back up and leave. I am requesting a refund for this poorly organized event. This situation was disappointing and should not have occurred. I attempted to email Groupon at that time, but the email sent to [redacted] bounced back.

I purchased London Lions basketball game tickets for my brother's birthday on December 23rd. I placed the order over a week ago, and they are still being processed. The website stated that delivery would take up to 5 working days, which means they should have arrived last Friday. However, according to the tracking information, they were due by last Wednesday. I bought a Learn TEFL deal and later logged in to their website to use my voucher (code: DUKSPZJM) and set up my profile. Unfortunately, when I tried to log in last week, my profile was gone. I attempted to redeem my voucher again but it showed as already used. I reached out to Learn TEFL via email a week ago, but got no reply. I also tried calling the number on their website, which was not in service. The Groupon promotion expires on December 19, [redacted]. Since Learn TEFL has not been responsive, I am requesting a refund for the deal. Thank you.

Hello, I scheduled a visit with Santa for my three children at Loch Lomond Shores on Saturday. Since I will be accompanying them, I need all the children to be together. Unfortunately, the website did not specify the number of spaces available per time slot. I paid for three spaces (£30) but could only book one space per time when selecting slots, leaving two of my kids unattended. Had I known this, I wouldn't have booked. To resolve, I kindly request to be notified if my children can visit Santa together in one of the time slots (between 2:15 pm and 3:45 pm) I have chosen, or I will need a refund. I have been attempting to contact you for hours without success. Initially, I was directed to the UK operation, then to the US operation, both resulting in no resolution. Despite my efforts, I am still faced with the same issue, feeling frustrated with the system. I am a loyal Groupon customer, having made over 80 purchases, and I expect better customer service. I bought a massage voucher for 44 St Health & Wellness, but they claimed I had already used a voucher for Better Body Solutions. While they insist they are the same entity, your platform shows them as separate. I simply want a refund for the November 8 purchase. The lack of communication and support from Groupon is disappointing. Please address this promptly and appropriately.

I received a Groupon for a deep tissue massage from Amanda Dawn as a birthday gift in Nov. [redacted]. Groupon Number: LG-G6ZY-7TGH-RBZ6-N657. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with her using the phone number on the Groupon and her Facebook page without success. The phone number provided seems to be disconnected. The massage is for Massage By Amanda Dawn in Masaryktown, FL. I'm unsure why I can't reach her, but I would like a refund or credit for another service. Please reach out to me via email. I bought a Groupon deal from Poundcake Heaven for 3 large bundt cakes at a good price but encountered an issue upon pick-up. I ordered 3 cakes, each with icing, and provided my Groupon voucher number. However, when I arrived, they said I needed 3 separate vouchers, which was not mentioned when I placed the order. I ended up only able to get one cake with icing. I feel this was misleading as I could have purchased all 3 if I had known about the voucher requirement. Poundcake Heaven did not honor the original Groupon deal, and I am disappointed. I am hoping for a resolution where they honor the initial deal by providing the 2 extra cakes I ordered for an additional payment at pick-up or delivery as agreed.
