Hello. I have encountered challenges with using Groupon in the past. Currently, I have a Groupon for a blackhead extraction at Head Shoulders Knees & Toes, but my son cannot use it due to a cancelled appointment. I need a refund since it is expiring soon. Additionally, I was mistakenly charged for 2 Corso Cookie Bouquets, which I do not need anymore. Lastly, I am unable to repurchase a Groupon for Sunset Ridge Home & Hardware despite being eligible. I recently hired Cleveland Housekeepers for $90. When the cleaners arrived, they wanted to charge an extra $[redacted] for baseboards, even though I was told over the phone it would be $40. I explained that I didn't require deep cleaning since other areas were already done. Despite saying they would be flexible, they insisted on the additional charge. I spoke with Jose, the owner, who supported the cleaners' decision, stating they could see what needed to be done. This wasn't true as they had only been in the entranceway. I have never been quoted nearly $[redacted] for cleaning my condo in over 10 years of living here alone. I even cleaned one of the bathrooms beforehand. I sent them away and am requesting a refund to my MasterCard, not a credit. This experience does not align with what was agreed upon initially. Thank you. -Alexandra B.

I am seeking a refund rather than utilizing my voucher for another transaction. I have attempted various methods on the website to cancel the voucher but have encountered difficulties. The issue arose when I realized there was an unexpected high shipping cost incurred after payment. My expectation based on previous online experiences was not met. I am requesting a refund to be credited back to my credit card account.

I bought a Groupon for PrinterPix to create a gift, and despite paying extra for quick shipping, my order hasn't arrived after over two weeks. I'm frustrated as I can't reach PrinterPix for information or updates, and their phones seem to be down. I'm worried about not receiving my sentimental gifts just a week before Christmas. It's important for Groupon to ensure customers receive their orders and help with refunds or communication issues with PrinterPix. It would be a great relief to get some guidance on how to proceed or for Groupon to investigate why PrinterPix isn't responsive to my inquiries.

I bought a Groupon for a Valvoline oil change on November 17, [redacted]. When I encountered an error message stating that the Groupon had sold out, I misunderstood and purchased a second, lower-priced one by mistake. I only have one car and realized my error afterward. I requested a refund. I am a returning customer with a positive experience at Valvoline. The staff is professional, efficient, and performs the service visibly for customers. I bought a Groupon deal for Brooklyn Banya for my birthday massage. I contacted them three weeks ahead, but was told it was too early to book. Three days before my requested appointment on Thur, Dec 13th at 2pm, I arrived at noon only to find out they had no record of my reservation. The lady then admitted she forgot about our call. She couldn't find anyone available to do the massage, so she suggested I reschedule. Unfortunately, I can't easily take time off during the week to do so. The lady's behavior was quite unprofessional, and I no longer wish to return for my birthday celebration after this experience. I am seeking a full refund for the voucher. Additionally, it seems misleading that the rooftop is closed for winter despite being advertised.

Hello, I recently bought two Groupon Vouchers for Pupsocks. When I tried to order online, I found out they only allow one voucher per order and charge shipping fees per voucher. Despite missing the Christmas deadline, I used the promo code JAN2019 and found it to be cheaper than using my Groupon vouchers. My order number is BLT5c17e453982d9. I am requesting a refund for the vouchers ending in 9h9fa and 87LY under the name Cathy H. Despite ordering the socks, I did not use the vouchers due to the higher cost. Thank you.

I accidentally ordered multiple items, then canceled and re-ordered the correct ones. Upon returning from a trip, I found extra items I don't need. I am disappointed with the quality of a dog bed I received. I'm unable to call at the moment due to circumstances. I plan to seek assistance in contacting the company.

I placed orders with Printerpix on November 7th, [redacted], under the order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. The website stated a 12-day shipping timeline, but it has been over 20 days, and I have not received my items. I have tried contacting Printerpix by phone, but the line just beeps and disconnects. When I emailed them, I received an automated response stating that my order is in production. These items were intended as Christmas gifts and are now delayed. I am frustrated as I have paid, but I have no products. If this issue is not resolved, I will not be using Groupon or Printerpix in the future and will share my experience on Facebook. I would appreciate a phone call to address and resolve this matter promptly.

I have tried to resolve an email subscription issue with J. Priyanka but haven't had success. Chatting with the representative did not help; the information provided was ineffective. Despite having the correct personal email on the website, I receive offers at my work email and cannot change it. Even when I receive offers like a 25% discount and try to use the promo code, I'm told to use the email it was sent to, which I am already doing. I can't reach a live person on the website, and the chat feature is not working. I would like to update my email account settings over the phone since the previous chat was unproductive. Thank you.

I inadvertently paid more than I intended to on my credit card for the beds I ordered from Groupon. I wanted to purchase them for $19.99 each but may have missed entering a discount code. Hello, Last night, I purchased two tickets for the Hootie & Blowfish concert on August 30th, [redacted] in Hershey, PA. Unfortunately, my girlfriend also bought two tickets for the same show without knowing that I already had my tickets. She used the same credit card that I used, ending in [redacted]. The tickets she bought are under my nickname, Pete Elliott, while the ones I purchased are under my real name, Harry Elliott, which I want to keep. I tried to cancel the tickets my girlfriend bought by emailing Groupon last night for a refund, but I haven't received a response yet. I'm hoping to resolve this situation soon. I purchased pillowcases for my nieces as Christmas gifts from Qualtry on 11/26. Unfortunately, the order has not been shipped despite the website stating a 7-10 day delivery period. My credit card was charged, and after emailing Qualtry three times without a response, I am unable to reach them by phone either. I attempted to contact Groupon for assistance but haven't had any luck. I managed to get a pillowcase for my nephew from a different company promptly. Hello, I made a ring purchase on November 26th. The order number for my purchase on November 27, [redacted] is #1[redacted]62-[redacted]. I have been waiting for a while and tracking shows it was last at the Kingsford, MI, Post Office. After contacting USPS, I received an email explaining that the package was transferred to the Post Office on December 4th for final delivery by them. Due to the service level, further research on delivery is not possible. I am concerned about my order since it's for my wife's birthday, and I hope it arrives before Christmas. I bought a Groupon (#[redacted]0) for an IPL facial at my local Laser Away. However, during the skin evaluation appointment, I was informed that I needed a much more expensive treatment, which I declined. The pressure to purchase the costly treatment made me uncomfortable. I would like to cancel my two reflexology appointments. When I called to inquire, the person on the phone abruptly ended the call when I mentioned I booked through Groupon, instructing me to call again in two weeks. Despite my attempts to explain my query, I was not given the chance to speak. Upon my second call, I kindly asked to address my concern before being disconnected. The response I received was dismissive, indicating they were too busy to assist me and advised me to call back later. This manner of handling customers is unacceptable. It is frustrating to receive such disrespectful treatment. If the establishment is unable to accommodate Groupon customers, they should reconsider their participation. I would like to cancel my two reflexology sessions. When I called to inquire, the person on the phone interrupted me as soon as I mentioned I purchased them on Groupon. He rudely asked me to call back in two weeks without allowing me to explain the reason for my call. When I called back and requested to speak without being interrupted, he curtly replied that he was too busy and to call back later. I have never experienced such poor customer service. If he is too busy to handle Groupon customers, he should not offer deals through Groupon. I have tried contacting them via chat and email multiple times without any response.
