I have printed the voucher for Active Lifestyle Therapy & Massages for three 60-minute Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massages. I was not informed that the massages would be done by a man as there are no women available. I do not feel comfortable with a male therapist, and this fact was either falsely advertised or not disclosed in the Groupon deal. I would prefer a refund to my Visa Card instead of credit with your company, as I have already found another massage provider. Please refrain from sending me text messages, and instead, provide a personal touch by calling me at [redacted]. If this matter is not resolved, I may need to seek assistance from the Attorney General's Office. The voucher code is [redacted]7 for $83.00.

I received a King size Mattress cover on December 13th that I need to return for a refund. The online return process has been challenging, with limited options available. The mattress protector I bought was the right width but too short, making it impossible to fit my bed correctly. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that a courier would need to collect the large and heavy item within three working days. Despite offering to pay for postage and handle the return myself, I was told this was not an option. I have been a loyal Groupon customer and have had smooth return experiences in the past, but this current situation has left me frustrated. I am waiting for the courier to collect the item without a return label provided, and I am unable to reach customer service for assistance. I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

My boyfriend bought a Groupon for Massage Xcape in Roseville MN for my birthday in September. I scheduled the appointment for 12/19 a month ago, although the voucher is valid until 12/30/18. Despite this, I received a voicemail yesterday stating they no longer accept Groupons. They advised me to seek a refund through Groupon, but their policy only allows refunds within 3 days. I'm unsure if Groupon has policies for merchants failing to honor deals. While I could use the amount paid for regular services, I am unhappy with their treatment of customers. I believed I had placed an order for all 7 books two weeks ago, but upon contacting Dinkleboo, they indicated that they had not received the order. Due to the time-sensitive nature of this order as Christmas gifts for my cousins, I inquired about expedited shipping, which would incur additional costs surpassing the value of my Groupon for all the books. Unfortunately, with the books unlikely to arrive on time, I am requesting a full refund rather than a credit due to this inconvenience. I made two orders with Qualtry on November 9th for 10 gloves and 5 gloves respectively. I only received 2 gloves a week ago and was notified that 3 more were on the way in 7 business days. The remaining 10 gloves have not even been started. These were meant to be Christmas gifts ordered at the beginning of November, and it's frustrating to still be waiting. I have reached out to Qualtry via email and phone multiple times without any response. I also contacted customer service who said they would contact me, but I have not heard anything yet. I am now requesting a refund from both Qualtry and you. It's disappointing to have to now find 15 new gifts last minute that I thought were already taken care of. Hello, I purchased a Groupon deal from Printerpix for TEN magic mugs for $34.99. However, upon receiving the email confirmation from Printerpix, it only mentioned ONE mug. I contacted their customer service and was informed that it is indeed just ONE mug and not TEN as advertised. Despite speaking to a representative for half an hour, I was unable to cancel the order. They stated that I needed to contact Groupon to initiate the cancellation. I requested to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back. I am seeking a full refund of $34.99 from Groupon as Printerpix seems to be misrepresenting the deal. I have used Groupon many times without any issues and have always been satisfied. Please refund my money promptly. I will reach out to Printerpix again after receiving my refund to address the shipping charge. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for Omaha Steaks last weekend. During the checkout process, I selected that it was a gift and then filled out a gift card message. I misunderstood the delivery option and selected today, thinking it was for the steaks, not the gift card. Consequently, the voucher number was sent to the recipient, not to me. I purchased a Groupon for Omaha Steaks last Saturday. I mistakenly chose "Yes" when asked if it was a gift, then filled out a gift card message. I selected "today" for delivery, assuming it was for the steaks, not realizing it was for the gift card. I then tried to order the steaks from Omaha, but I need the voucher number, which was sent to the recipient's email. Good Morning, I purchased two spa packages at Koncepts Salon on November 14, [redacted], but unfortunately, the services can no longer be redeemed by the vendor. My order number is [redacted]. I have been trying to make an appointment but the owner, Lela, informed me that she no longer has a nail technician or esthetician. Therefore, she cannot provide the full services included in my package - a facial, manicure, pedicure, and massage. Lela suggested I contact Groupon for a full refund of the $[redacted].00 I paid for the two spa packages. I reserved a 3-day stay with a 2-night minimum at Tropicana Hotel in Laughlin (Purchased: Friday, November 2, [redacted] - K. P.). I booked the trip to be away from home as it was my Mom's first birthday since her passing four months ago. We sought peace and quiet. After needing to switch rooms due to a loud and clanging heater motor in the first room, we paid for an upgrade (21 and over room) for better quality. However, the walls in the upgraded room were thin, and the band playing in the club was disruptive. This was a highly emotional time for us, and the stay left us on edge. The experiences on the casino floor were also poor, with unfriendly cocktail servers. Overall, far from a vacation. I departed the next morning after one night, but was charged not only tax for each night but also the resort fee for all 3 nights, despite not staying. I am requesting a refund for the nights I did not stay due to the hotel's poor customer service. It was a terrible experience.

Hello, I'm Valerie H. Yesterday, I purchased 7 Omaha Steak deals, intending to ship them to various addresses. I used Paypal for 6 deals and paid $12 each for shipping on 4 of them. I mistakenly did not complete the shipping instructions for 2 deals: a $39.99 Holiday Sampler and a $49.99 BB Essentials. While I paid for both deals, there's no way to receive the items as Omaha Steaks hasn't processed the order due to the lack of shipping details. I don't have the voucher numbers for these orders. Could you assist me in accessing the orders for shipping or refund the $98.00 I spent on products that I haven't received? Thank you.

I visited Rudi’s Bar and Grill recently. Our waitress seemed new and mentioned we were her first order. She promptly redeemed the Groupon code even before taking our food order. Sadly, we waited for an hour and a half only to receive a burnt hamburger that was stuck to the pan, quite different from the rare burger topped with bacon and cheddar cheese we had requested. Upon inquiring about the missing bacon, the waitress checked with dirty hands and later brought two slices of bacon each that were undercooked in the middle and overcooked at the ends, laughing it off. After sending the food back, we left feeling hungry and disappointed. I am hoping for a refund either in Groupon credit or returned to PayPal. This experience was extremely frustrating, as we dine out regularly and have never encountered such issues before. If possible, could you please contact me via phone or email instead?

I am unable to use my Groupon vouchers for dinners in NYC and would like a refund or credit for the deals. The first deal is a $[redacted] voucher for dinner for four, expiring on Feb 26, [redacted], and the second deal is a $30 value for two or more at Sarge's, expiring Feb 21, [redacted]. The procedure to redeem the vouchers includes making reservations by phone, presenting the voucher upon arrival, and enjoying the meal. On November 1st, I purchased a Printerpix voucher via Groupon. I immediately used it to order a canvas print for my grandson for Christmas. Despite numerous emails and around 5 phone calls to Printerpix, I keep receiving the same response - that my order is ready for shipment and I will receive a tracking number in the next couple of days, but so far, nothing. When I called during my lunch break today, I was given the same reply. When I expressed my frustration about being told the same thing for the past 4 weeks, the representative abruptly ended the call. Seeing the multitude of negative reviews now, I regret choosing Printerpix, as I fear my grandson may not get his gift in time for Christmas. I am uncertain about how to resolve this issue but I appeal to Groupon to discontinue offering vouchers for this company. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for contact lenses from Postal Contacts expiring on 12/31. I am struggling to obtain a redemption code or open voucher. Despite their lack of a telephone customer service number, I have been emailing back and forth for nearly a month to retrieve this crucial information to place my lens order. The absence of live support from Groupon has left me displeased as resolving issues with live assistance is crucial for good customer service. I wish to address an issue regarding Groupon's trade-in policy. I tried to trade in a Groupon within the given **-hour period, but was unsuccessful, leading to the trade-in being stopped prematurely and the Groupon being marked as redeemed erroneously. I am frustrated by the difficulty in reaching live customer support and by the inability to schedule a massage using the Groupon. I believe I should not be held responsible for this and am concerned if the business has closed. I am seeking a resolution. I am requesting a refund from Groupon in the form of credit so I can choose a service at my convenience, without the rushed 24-hour restriction. Furthermore, I would like the redeemed status removed from the Groupon since it was not used.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal that included two massages. I redeemed one massage a month ago and when I tried to use the second one, the owner informed me that only one Groupon could be used per person, and suggested gifting the second one. According to the policy, services must be used by the same person, but not simultaneously. The confusion arises because it does not explicitly state that one of the massages must be gifted to another person upon purchase. I have gifted Groupons to others before, which required entering their name and generating a separate Groupon number for them. I am now hesitant to use the remaining massage at this establishment due to this issue. I am wondering if I could possibly get a partial refund, since I have already redeemed one massage. I purchased a photography session with holiday cards from JCPenney Portraits through a Groupon deal. Upon arriving for our appointment, we had to wait for an hour before the session started. Unfortunately, the cards we received were blurry, which was disappointing. JCPenney offered to make new cards, but they would be smaller and only one-sided. This limitation meant we could only choose one photo, as adding more would make the faces too tiny. Additionally, the background options were limited, resulting in us having to choose a plain black background, which was not ideal. My husband and I are very dissatisfied with the outcome and would like a full refund as the process took a lot of time and we did not receive the quality promised.
