On November 30, [redacted], my husband, Mitchell H., ordered a white gold diamond accent tennis bracelet for my birthday using his debit card. We received a confirmation email from you stating that the order was being processed and that the delivery would arrive between 6-11 days, ideally by my birthday, December 6, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we have not yet received the package nor have we been able to track it despite receiving a tracking number in the confirmation email. Every time we attempt to track the shipment, no delivery information is available. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of my birthday gift, and the delay is causing frustration and disappointment. I urge you to improve your ordering and delivery process so customers like us can receive their packages promptly. All we hope for is to finally receive the bracelet that was ordered.

It has been 4 days, and I am yet to receive confirmation of my order which is still processing. Despite assurances from a live chat agent that they would respond within 24 hours, I have not received any communication. I have only one email address, and I have verified my credit card information. The delay in processing the order seems unusual, and I have tried signing out and in again without success. Gayathri B from Customer Support mentioned escalating the issue to the Costco Team via email, but I have not heard anything further. I am still waiting for a response.

I ordered two 'Handy Can Openers', but one malfunctioned after one use, cutting the lid and getting stuck on the can. Surprisingly, I received a $20 bill from FedEx, although the return address is in Brampton where I live nearby. This unexpected charge was not mentioned during the order, and it would have affected my decision. I would like a refund for at least one of the can openers, but I'm unable to return it due to it being stuck on a can. I'm hoping the second one works better, but I'm unsure if I should even open it at this point.

I placed an order for a personalized fork and spoon on the Qualtry website on 11/17 using a Groupon. Despite receiving an email on 11/25 that the order was complete, it has not shipped as of today. I find it frustrating that an order finalized weeks ago is still pending shipment. I attempted to contact Qualtry but have not received a response after sending an email as per their request. This purchase was intended as a Christmas gift, and if it does not arrive this week, it will be a waste of money. Could Groupon please assist in reaching out to Qualtry to ascertain when the order will be shipped? I have encountered issues with Groupons in the past, and this experience adds to my concerns.

I used a Groupon for a purchase on your website but encountered issues with the redemption code and payment. Initially, the merchant said they would waive the fee, but then charged me for delivery without my consent. Despite having sufficient funds on my debit card, they claimed otherwise. I have contacted Groupon through the app but keep receiving a generic response directing me to contact FedEx. On 11/26, I purchased Bali tummy control leggings from Groupon that were supposed to be delivered to Beaverton, OR. However, I was charged for two orders on that day, with the other leggings being sent to Mill Creek without my knowledge. FedEx marked the shipment to Mill Creek as undeliverable and returned it. I request a refund for order #[redacted], as I did not receive it and did not authorize the purchase. I recently purchased a "1-hour outdoor portrait session with four digital images" deal from Noel Rawson Photography via Groupon and used it with my family. The pictures turned out great, and I liked the location. The photographer offered to sell me all of the photos taken as a package, but I declined. I ordered some additional photos from her website and selected the 4 photos I wanted from the Groupon deal. When I informed her about this, she mentioned that I needed to purchase a minimum amount from her website to receive the photos I selected. I requested a refund, which she denied, stating that my attempt to order extra photos invalidated the Groupon deal. She then refused to send me any photos, claiming it was stated on her website. Despite asking for clarification and offering to pay extra for the photos, she has stopped responding to my messages. I have kept all our text communications if needed.

I made a purchase through Groupon for a Barbie Camper last night. I initially received an email that the order was processing. However, this morning, I got another email stating that the order couldn't go through due to a credit card problem. I tried to update my payment method by following the link in the email multiple times, but I encountered an issue with the state dropdown menu while adding a new card (I'm from Michigan).

I tried to order something, but it never showed up on my list. I continued shopping and made another purchase for a relative. Within an hour, it suddenly appeared on my list. I tried to cancel, but the app wouldn't allow it.
Customer service said it was too late as the order was processed, which seemed unlikely in such a short time.
An order I placed over two weeks ago was automatically canceled without any explanation or notification of the cancellation and refund.
I have decided not to use Groupon anymore. Tophatter allows for immediate cancellations without hassle.
I have reported a "Fraud/Non-authorization" with my bank. It feels like a rip-off.
I recommend taking your business elsewhere and being cautious of price changes once you proceed to make a purchase.

I received an email from Groupon regarding a Spa package at Old Hammon Spa in Edmonton, which I intended to purchase for £90. However, upon trying to book the treatment, I realized that the deal was for Hammon Spa in South London, not the one in North London that I had initially viewed. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the voucher for the South London spa as it is too far for me to travel. Despite being past the refund period, I believe that I should be reimbursed as the email indicated that it was the same spa I had looked at previously. It is disappointing that I was not informed earlier about the location discrepancy, as it is inconvenient for me to travel over 24 miles to the spa I did not intend to book.

I'm not sure if you received my previous email about my laser lipo treatment. I had a concerning experience at Enhanced Health Chiropractic Center with Katherine. She made me feel uncomfortable by mentioning her Jewish husband when I am also Jewish. When I inquired about a refund, her response felt threatening when she mentioned having all my paperwork. There was no doctor present during my treatment and no way to contact one. I have reached out to Groupon multiple times without a response. I am disappointed and seeking a resolution.

I bought a Groupon for my son's mother back in September. It's now December, and we haven't managed to schedule her Spa appointment because they only accept Groupons Monday through Friday, which clashes with her availability. We had to reschedule twice due to Hurricane Michael and a family emergency. Unfortunately, the Spa canceled on us last minute for the second appointment after she took time off work. I've tried contacting the Spa, but haven't heard back. I feel like we're being strung along, and I simply want a refund for the services I paid for but haven't received.

However, on December 4, I received an email stating that the ride was actually only for one person and that I needed to request a refund if I wished. Following that, on December 5, I visited your customer service website to initiate the refund process. The next day, on December 6, I received an email from your agent, "Shimrose A," stating that I was ineligible for a refund due to the request being made more than three days after the initial purchase. Given that the mistake was made by your company and I was only informed of it five days later, I believe I am entitled to a refund regardless of the time limit.
