Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-gadag's own words
I purchased a Groupon from the Metropolitan Med Spa (Six Session Laser Hair Removal Large Area) for $*** on November **, ****. The next day (November **) I went to the spa to set up an appointment, fill out forms and see how the procedure worked. I was not pleased with what I saw and I immediately wanted to cancel my order. When I got home, I spent the next *-* hours on the phone with my credit card company, trying to cancel my package and receive a refund. They ended up telling me there was nothing anyone could do from their end and suggested that I call Groupon. The number was a toll free number and there was no customer service available so I couldn't talk to a representative about my issue. In addition, the Live Chat feature wasn't available (possibly because it was *:** when I checked) so again, I couldn't contact anyone to resolve my issue. I later tried googling ways to contact Groupon, watched videos on how to cancel my order and request a refund but none of them helped and my time is running out. I'm paying $*** for a treatment that I don't even want and I may not even be able to get refunded on. This is my first and last time using Groupon.
