I need to share what happened. Unfortunately, now they are asking me to wait an hour. It's already 7 p.m. on the 15th, and I'm still at the checkout. I feel like that's too long. I want a refund, but this situation doesn't seem fair. I made the effort to drive there, only to be told there are no reservations under my name. I want to cancel this and have the money refunded to my card, as it shouldn't be charged for no valid reason. This keeps happening every time, and I am frustrated.

I recently purchased a treatment from Mac Medical Asthetics Clinics through Groupon for £99. Unfortunately, the company has canceled three appointments in the last three months, with the latest cancellation occurring yesterday. When I tried to contact them to inquire about these cancellations, I was unable to reach anyone as the phone was answered by an automated service, and my message was not returned. I visited the address listed on my Groupon voucher only to discover that the company has been out of business at that location for several months. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this situation, especially since the company is still actively advertising on Groupon's website. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I have been encountering repeated issues with bookings through Groupon. Firstly, there was an afternoon tea booking that required a 44-mile round trip, only to find out upon arrival that it had not been booked, causing us to be turned away. After addressing this, we received a full refund. Secondly, I made a booking for afternoon tea which was a 36-mile round trip, and upon calling ahead, I was informed that the booking was not in place. Both myself and my companion had taken the day off work for this. The establishment has limited booking options for us, and I am requesting a full refund. Lastly, I had booked a meal at the firepit smokehouse for December, which is a 51-mile round trip. Unfortunately, I received a message from Groupon today informing me that the booking had been canceled. This meal was booked over the phone at an added cost of £10.98, which I find quite shocking. I am also seeking a full refund for this experience. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative to address these ongoing issues.

I attempted to buy a massage from Every Body Massage, but my credit card was repeatedly denied. After reviewing my information and trying again, it was still denied. I informed my husband to approve the purchase if he received a text, but the payment was once again denied. Groupon then informed me that I had reached my purchase limit, leaving me to believe I had no massages. Surprisingly, I later discovered that I had unintentionally bought 3 massages when I only needed one. As the owner does not allow multiple purchases at the same price, I am seeking a refund for 2 of the massages to my credit card. These purchases were made after October 15th, and I have been attempting to reach out to Connie regarding this matter for the past two weeks.

I recently purchased a Groupon spa deal for Manor House in West Oakland. Unfortunately, when my mom and I tried to use the voucher on November 9th, our treatments were not booked due to an error by the spa. This resulted in no availability for us that day. The spa offered us another chance to visit, but my mom couldn't access the jacuzzi without a step, the steam room was flooded, and the conservatory was too cold due to heating issues. We were not satisfied with the experience and declining the option to return at a later date, as it's inconvenient to travel there again. I purchased a driving experience as a birthday gift for my boyfriend in January. I paid $50 for it, which was all the money I could spare as a college student. I followed Groupon's instructions to book it, but the experience was no longer available on the company's website, so I contacted them. They explained that the experience I purchased was discontinued and advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. Groupon, however, informed me that I couldn't get a refund. I am disappointed because I invested a significant amount of money in something I couldn't use due to an outdated coupon. I believe I am entitled to a refund.

On November 9th, I purchased a Sam's Club membership through Groupon. The purchase was supposed to include a $10 gift card and a free gift, but I encountered issues trying to retrieve the voucher needed to complete the registration online. After several unsuccessful attempts and lots of frustration, I decided to visit Sam's Club in person with all my documentation. The customer service I received at the store was great, and they ended up comping me a membership. However, they couldn't provide me with the gift card and free gift. I am disappointed with this experience and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent experiences with attempting to use a Groupon voucher for Qualtry power banks. I have encountered issues with the redemption process on four separate occasions, out of which two vouchers have expired. A Groupon representative suggested receiving credit for a future purchase instead of a refund, which I am not satisfied with. I have been unable to complete my orders due to technical difficulties on Qualtry's end, as confirmed by Groupon support.
I kindly request a refund for the two unused vouchers or all four if possible. I have already contacted Qualtry, but they were unable to resolve the issue. The items I ordered include 2 reflexology massage packs for $72.00 each, 1 white twin size down alternative blanket for $24.99, 1 blue embossed quilt set 3 piece set for $19.99, 1 two pack universal neck mount hands free for $13.99, and 1 pair of beats ubeats2 rose gold headset for $44.99. In October, I bought a $79 Groupon for a hair package at "Do or Dye" salon in Sherwood, Oregon. The appointment with the stylist was scheduled for December 17th.
For my birthday, my mom wanted to gift me the same service from the same salon but with Ashley as the stylist and I confirmed this with Ashley before she used her card to purchase it last week.
Yesterday, I had my appointment with Ashley at "Do or Dye." After the service, we encountered trouble with the Groupon codes as they were only valid for services with Lecia, not Ashley as initially listed. It seems that there may have been an issue when I selected "buy" on the Groupon app, causing the confusion.
I ended up paying out of pocket for the service and now have two outstanding Groupons for similar services. The $79 Groupon from October expires in February and the $69 Groupon from my mom expires in March.
I am requesting a $79 refund for the October purchase.

Yesterday, 11/15/18, I made a purchase through Groupon and paid $20 via PayPal for flowers from Blooms Today. However, upon receiving the Voucher/Redemption Code and visiting the merchant's website to finalize the purchase, they requested an additional $30 for the flowers. The confusion arose from the Groupon offer which I believed to be $20 for the item but was actually $20 off the regular price, resulting in a total cost of $50 for a $70 item. This discrepancy was misleading on Groupon's part. I chose not to proceed with the purchase and am seeking a refund of the $20 charge on my PayPal account from Groupon. Thank you.

I purchased a $69 romance package in ATL including the Ferris wheel and horse carriage ride. Despite calling on 11/15/18 to confirm the carriage ride's closing time (being told 9 o'clock), upon arriving at 8:25, the ride was not available. I feel misled as I could have opted for the $25 date night package instead. I am disappointed and believe I should receive a $44 refund due to the misinformation provided by the merchant.

I purchased a 6-pack of Gelli Baff from Groupon. The tracking information shows it's still in transit, but they were delivered today. Unfortunately, all three boxes were open and damaged. One of the boxes had a hole and its contents were leaking everywhere. I hate the idea of returning all three boxes for just one damaged pack. Could you please send me a replacement for the leaking box instead of returning all of them? I don't mind the damaged boxes as long as the contents are fine. This experience has made me hesitant to order from Groupon again. I can provide photos to show the damage. It doesn't make sense to send it all back, wait for a refund, and then place a new order when the unusable condition is clear from the pictures. Your understanding would be appreciated. I recently purchased a Groupon for Studio J Salon and have been having difficulty scheduling an appointment. After multiple unsuccessful phone call attempts, I booked an appointment online three weeks ago for today, Nov 16, [redacted]. I recently purchased a dog fencing system from your company. The original delivery date was supposed to be last Friday. I got concerned when I noticed on Tuesday that it hadn't arrived yet. Upon checking my order, the delivery date was updated to today but the product hasn't been delivered. After another check, the delivery date was rescheduled to next Tuesday. I am urgently in need of the fencing as I have two large dogs causing chaos inside my house. Please confirm if the delivery will indeed be on Tuesday, as I might need to explore other options if it won't arrive as planned. I received a product listed as new, but it arrived damaged and incomplete, not matching the description. After returning it to the seller, they are sending it back without offering a refund. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they insist that I damaged the item before returning it. I received the package on October 29, and I promptly reached out within hours. It took several days to receive a return label, and I shipped it back on a Monday. The seller claims I had the product for 3 weeks, but it has only been 18 days since delivery, and they have it now. The product was supposed to be new with free returns within 30 days. All communication was conducted through Groupon, although the seller tried to obtain my email for private correspondence.
