My daughter bought two hot air balloon rides as gifts for my husband and me. We've been trying to contact the company, Hot Air Balloons Las Vegas, for six months without any luck. The company may have been acquired by Rush Cube since their voicemail mentions Rush Cube when we call [redacted]. The website provided for reservations, Proaction.com, doesn't seem to be functional. We'd like to either use our Groupons if they are still in business or receive a refund. I have the coupon number for one purchase, but the second one, bought by Layne Wixom as a gift, is missing. The purchases were made in May [redacted] and April [redacted], both for $[redacted].00 each. Please contact me, Heidi Wixom, at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your assistance in resolving this frustrating issue.

I recently went to Soley restaurant expecting to receive $10 back as part of a Groupon cash back deal. After an investigation, I was informed that the cash back didn't process correctly, and I was offered $10 in Groupon bucks as compensation, which is not what I expected. I specifically visited the restaurant for the cash back and would like the $10 refunded to my credit card as originally agreed. The Groupon cash back should have been credited to my credit card, not given as Groupon bucks. Please address this issue promptly and refund the $10 to my credit card. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I recently renewed my Sam's Club membership and noticed I was accidentally charged twice. I need to ensure I am only charged once and have my old membership number reactivated. I contacted Sam's Club, and they suggested reaching out to Groupon, but I am struggling to speak with a representative over the phone.
I urgently need assistance as my sister is heading to Sam's Club to rotate and balance my tires, which I purchased there. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Thank you,
Michelle

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought 2 tickets for Santa Slam [redacted] on Nov. 8, [redacted], for $52.20 using PayPal. I got a confirmation email at 11:24 am, but later on the same day at 4:58 pm, I received an email saying the payment failed due to my PayPal account needing an update. Subsequently, I rebooked 2 tickets with my credit card to ensure the transaction went through, resulting in two separate charges of $52.20 each on my bank statement, totaling $[redacted].40. I understand the first order failed, prompting me to rebook, but I only need 2 tickets, not 4. Could you please refund one ticket cost? My name is J. Schneider. Kindly contact me if more details are necessary. I am willing to provide screenshots of the confirmation and failed transaction emails upon request.
Looking forward to your prompt reply. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a Groupon deal for Karts using my Yahoo account on November 8, [redacted], planning to use it on November 10, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my phone broke on the 9th, so I couldn't access my voucher. When I tried to log in on my friend's phone, it said my password was incorrect. The staff at Karts assured me I wouldn't be charged if the voucher wasn't used and suggested I make a new account with Gmail. I did and purchased another voucher, using it at the venue assuming the first one was canceled. But, I discovered on my bank statement that I was charged twice. I'm requesting a refund of $29.00 for the first voucher I purchased on November 8th.
Thank you.

Hello,
I would like to address some concerns regarding my recent experience with booking services from Thrive Health Systems. Initially, I requested a female massage therapist for my appointment but was surprised to learn that a male therapist was booked for me when I called to confirm.
Additionally, I am feeling overwhelmed by the frequent contact from the company reminding me to use my Groupon, which I find to be excessive and bordering on harassment. Despite my multiple requests to cease communication, I am still receiving daily reminders.
I kindly request a refund of $40 for the Groupon. Alternatively, you may recredit this amount to my Groupon account for future use.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I anticipate your prompt response.
Best regards,
Jennifer
P.S. I would like to mention that I found the customer support on your website to be lacking compared to past experiences with Groupon.

I bought two Groupons for FILIPEKS MEATS in Meriden, CT, one for myself and one as a gift, paying $19 each for $40 worth of products, with an expiration date of December 22, [redacted]. Upon visiting the store, I learned the business was under new ownership. The new owner refused to honor the Groupon deal, mentioning that they were losing money on each redemption. Despite receiving a discount, I felt unsatisfied. I believe the new owner should have honored the deal given my long-time patronage of the original family business.
I informed the gift recipient of the situation. I returned home to find that the deal is still advertised on Groupon's website. I am requesting a refund for both my purchased deals as the business is not honoring the offer. This discrepancy needs to be addressed promptly.

I ordered the No Yellow Fanola shampoo, but received the Nutri Care instead. There seems to be a glitch in the system since I distinctly recall selecting the No Yellow shampoo with its purple label throughout the transaction process. Despite carefully monitoring my emails for updates on my order, the fine print mentioned the Nutri Care restructuring, a detail I overlooked until the package arrived. Additionally, the delivery was promised in 2 days, but it took a whole week to arrive. As a first-time Groupon user, I was eagerly waiting for this product and am disappointed by the mix-up. I have not used the Nutri Care product as it does not fit my needs.

I have been attempting to contact Hair Art Studio & Beauty in Port Kembla for several days with no success. Every call results in a recorded message prompting me to call the number I am already dialing or to leave a message. Despite leaving numerous messages, I have not received any response from the company. This lack of communication is both frustrating and unprofessional on their part. I am now lodging a complaint due to the zero response from Hair Art Studio. I don't have the time to keep trying to redeem my coupon, so a refund seems like the most suitable resolution. I wonder if others are facing similar issues with coupon redemption, as advertising deals without the basic courtesy of returning calls is unacceptable. Regards, Faith M.

I found the advertisement for Stone Creek Spa to be misleading, resulting in my unintentional purchase of a Groupon deal. The Groupon advertised a 50-minute couples massage, which was exactly what I wanted. However, upon trying to schedule my appointment, I discovered additional details were not disclosed. After numerous attempts to contact them regarding rescheduling, I learned that the Groupon was only valid on specific days, different from what was initially stated. Furthermore, the package included a steam room session, 25-minute massage, and wine - none of which appealed to me or my partner as we don't drink. Comparable local spas offer 60-minute couples massages at a slightly higher price than what I paid for this Groupon, making it seem unreasonable for a 25-minute massage. The receptionist's response when I raised these concerns was unacceptable, offering a shorter session unless I paid extra. I believe a refund is due since I am unable to use the Groupon on valid days due to their lack of responsiveness and the misleading information provided.

I'm reaching out to address a frustrating situation I'm facing with Groupon. They redeemed my massage vouchers without my consent, and despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have not received a response. I've experienced similar issues with Walt Disney World tickets in the past. I am determined to have this matter resolved promptly. Please refrain from using my vouchers until this is rectified. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My name is Joanne B. and I can be reached at [redacted].

Dear Customer Service at Groupon,
My name is Patricia Ruf, and I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with my recent purchase on August 28, [redacted]. I ordered Wills Window Cleaning & Gutter Cleaning with order number #[redacted], amounting to $44.25. Unfortunately, when I contacted the company in the Fall to schedule an appointment, I was informed that they were not servicing my area up North in Colorado, and it seems there was a lack of clarity regarding this restriction on the Groupon. I was advised to seek a refund through Groupon.
I am reaching out to you to kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly, especially since the deal is set to expire on 11/26/18. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Thank you,
Patricia Ruf

Dear Team,
I recently bought a Silk Peel Facial deal from Renewal Advanced Aesthetics. Within the past month:
- I tried calling three times in one week, but no one answered the phone.
- I left a voicemail which wasn't returned.
- I sent an email requesting an appointment, but received no response.
- After calling the following week, I finally managed to schedule an appointment for the upcoming weekend.
- The day before my appointment, I received a text saying they needed to reschedule, but my attempt to confirm a new appointment was ignored.
- I called four days later, but again, no answer.
- When I texted the next day, they informed me they were fully booked for Saturday and closed Sunday.
I am quite frustrated as I should not have to go through so many challenges just to utilize my Groupon. I would appreciate a refund instead of store credit. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
- N. W.

I have been trying to address an issue with a promo code that was not applied to my recent purchase. The email response I received from Tulsi mentioned that the discount value was added to my Groupon Bucks account, but I am unsure how this resolves the problem. The email stated that the discount can only be applied to one unit per transaction, even though I purchased three tickets in one order. I am unsure if the discount is for this purchase or a future one, as I do not see any funds in my Groupon Bucks account. Will the discount be reflected on my credit card? I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative as I find it challenging to type out my concerns.

I utilized this chat system for Groupon recently but did not receive any email or call back, which is disappointing. I might stop using Groupon if I don't hear back soon. I am reaching out because I mistakenly booked tickets for Avenue Q in NY City on Wed, Dec 5th instead of Sun, Dec 9th. Luckily, the next day, I received an email from Groupon reminding me to complete my order, which made me realize my error. I reordered tickets for Dec 9th, accidentally ending up with tickets for both dates. I am trying to cancel the Dec 5th tickets and find the process challenging. Contacting Groupon seems excessively difficult. My contact information is [redacted] and [redacted]. - Peggy Pierson.

I received a $10 coupon that was supposed to be applied to the earring I ordered on 11/9/18. Unfortunately, it wasn't applied during checkout. Although I received a refund for another pair, the $10 discount was missing. I would like the $10 refunded back to my original payment method or receive a return label as the fine print indicates free returns. The item in question is the Gembassy Larimar earring. I want to either have the coupon amount refunded or be provided with a return label for a refund. I love the earrings but need the discount to be applied correctly. Please address this issue promptly.

Hello,
I recently bought a Groupon deal from Wine Insiders for 6 bottles for $34.99. After following the instructions in the email, I clicked the "redeem" button on the app assuming I would get a voucher number since I'm not very familiar with Groupon. When I reached out to Wine Insiders, they informed me they hadn't received the voucher number for my order #[redacted], even though my card was charged. I need assistance getting a new voucher number from Wine Insiders so I can make use of the deal. Thank you.

I am very dissatisfied with the air duct cleaning service I purchased. The company misled me by not including important details until after I made the purchase, such as additional charges for vents on the ceiling or walls. They also expect customers to prepare by unscrewing vents themselves. They even suggest tipping generously based on the original price, attempting to overcharge for services already paid for. I feel scammed by these tactics and wish to receive a refund as credit to use a different, more professional company for the service I originally sought out. Thank you.

I am requesting an email with all the unused Groupons that have expired. During the time I was caring for my late mother, I didn't use many of the Groupons I had bought and have now misplaced them. Some may have been sent to my old email address at [redacted], in addition to my current one provided below. I also encountered multiple issues while trying to make purchases on your website for over an hour, from incorrect password messages (although I am sure it was accurate) to not allowing me to update my credit card information as the old one was no longer active. Even after successfully changing the password and adding a new credit card, I still couldn't complete my purchase, receiving error messages and "oops" notifications. I ended up buying similar deals on Living Social due to these difficulties. I look forward to your email response since I noticed you no longer have a customer service phone number, unlike Living Social, which makes the buying process easier and more comfortable with the option to speak to a real person. It would be beneficial if Groupon establishes a customer service department reachable by phone. Thank you. - Jelena(Jean) Nikoloc

I recently placed order #1[redacted]52-[redacted] but need to cancel it to apply the coupon code "SALE" for a 20% discount. I purchased 3 items from one vendor and 1 item from another. While I successfully canceled the batteries and one shirt, I encountered error code [redacted] when trying to cancel the other two shirts. I'd appreciate guidance on how to proceed with reordering the exact same items with the correct discount.
