I bought 2 custom photo books for my friends but found the website challenging to use. There are no tutorials for inserting or deleting pictures, and the resolution requirements are frustrating. I bought a Groupon for a photo session at JCPenney in Bronx, New York. I had an appointment on Sunday, November 12th at 11:45 am, but we were only seen two hours later. The staff was unprofessional and only gave us two out of the three promised photos. They have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I am hoping someone from Groupon can contact me to confirm a refund. I recently fell victim to a scam involving Groupon and Royal Maids. Despite Groupon claiming I redeemed the service, I have not. Unable to reach Royal Maids by phone, I've left multiple messages with no response. On October 2, I mistakenly bought two services, promptly canceling one for $89. Although assured of a refund, I have not received it yet. This experience has made me question Groupon's vetting process for service providers. I purchased a Groupon for a smog check that I urgently needed before my registration deadline. I bought a Groupon for Gilson Brazilian Steakhouse, but I was disappointed. The buffet had limited options and the food was dry and bland. When I spoke to the manager, he brought out more steaks, but they were also bland. The Groupon was supposed to include steaks for all four of us, but only one person got theirs. We left most of the food uneaten because it wasn't good, including the additional steaks. Since two people didn't eat and three didn't get the steaks, I believe we deserve a refund for two buffets and the cost of the steaks for the missing three people.

I purchased 2 tickets for myself and my partner to go to premier 57. I previously went by myself and had a wonderful time, but this experience was disappointing. A guest service employee named Rigzin made me feel uncomfortable by following us around the facility and yelling at us. When we tried to disrobe in the male-only area, he embarrassed us by saying we couldn't undress. Later, when my partner applied oil on my back in the sauna, he rudely interrupted. The constant harassment from the manager and guest services ruined my relaxation. I have been to many spas and never experienced such inappropriate behavior. I am very dissatisfied and would like to use the funds for another Groupon deal if possible. Thank you.

I purchased a greenhouse on November 2nd, and I was notified that it was in transit on November 5th. Despite contacting the chat line six times, I was only told to wait each time. They provided me with a HERMES link and twice promised a supervisor would call me, but I am still waiting. The money was taken from my account on the 2nd. I purchased a Groupon from Houz Of Handz (Beyouteeful Obsessions) on October 3rd, [redacted]. The fine print specified it was only valid with Shabon. I paid $[redacted] for the deal. When I tried to redeem it, the salon owner, Tawanna Baker, informed me she was unaware of the deal for "Shabon" and only allowed her to use the salon when requested. After a call to Shabon, it was revealed the deal had ended, but was not cancelled. Tawanna said she could still do the job for $[redacted], which I paid but later disputed the charge with AMEX. AMEX informed me they stopped the dispute after speaking to someone claiming I didn't know how to redeem the Groupon. This is not my first time using Groupon, and the merchant refused to honor the deal. I am seeking a refund and hope to discuss this matter over the phone at [redacted].

I purchased a Groupon for Lindt chocolate, like I did last year. Recently, I searched for their phone number online. The Burlington, MA store, where I visited last year, was listed. However, the store has since closed, along with the Stoneham store I previously went to. With only a week left to use the Groupon, I realized there are no nearby stores as the offer is "in store only." The remaining options are in another state or downtown Boston, over 20 miles away. I recently purchased a Groupon getaway on November 4th for 6 nights at Occidental Xcaret destination in Mexico. However, it took over 5 hours for the Groupon confirmation email to arrive, making me doubt if the purchase had gone through. Unfortunately, the confirmation email did not mention the expiration date of the deal. I purchased two facials a few months ago, one for myself and one as a gift for a friend to enjoy together. I called Ritual Skin Care in September and spoke with Sondi. She mentioned she would get back to me on October 3rd after her colleague's vacation to schedule our appointments. However, despite several follow-up calls, I have not received any response. I attempted to schedule an appointment on Vagaro for today, but the system doesn't allow booking two appointments simultaneously. I clearly stated in the Vagaro message that we both needed appointments, yet I did not hear back. It is now November 14th, and I am disappointed with the customer service at Ritual Skin Care. Initially, everything was fine, but after 30-45 days, my brakes started to squeal when applying them. Despite my attempts to contact the company, I discovered that they have permanently closed. I bought a Groupon from RX Strength Massage for a 90-minute Swedish massage. The merchant directed me to contact Groupon customer service as I couldn't use the Groupon due to a previous purchase for a deep tissue massage. When I tried to get another deep tissue massage, it didn't go through, but I could purchase a different type of massage. I knew I couldn't buy two of the same massages but believed I could get a different one under the same offer, as the website allowed me to proceed. I hope Groupon will let me use this Groupon for my Swedish massage since it let me buy it and didn't mention any restrictions. My massage is scheduled in less than 24 hours, so I hope this will be resolved promptly.

I purchased two king-size bed toppers on October 27, but only one was delivered. Unfortunately, my disabled husband signed for the parcel without realizing there should have been two items. After contacting Hermes immediately and facing challenges, I reached out to Groupon six times. However, I received inconsistent information about the outcome, including being transferred to the Canadian outlet.
