I bought 2 Groupons for Qualtry but had trouble using the first one. After multiple attempts to reach Qualtry through email, I only received automated responses. Our family frequently buys vouchers, many of which do not expire, hence the age of this two-year-old voucher. We visited Enzo's once before and planned to return using this voucher. The restaurant requires a reservation for at least 4 people when using Groupon. The voucher was purchased for $21 and has a value of $60. Recently, I discovered that the voucher was mistakenly marked as redeemed on Groupon's website even though we have not used it. I contacted Groupon customer service through chat and was assured that the issue would be resolved, restoring the full value of $60 to my voucher. However, the next day, I found the voucher was only worth $21. Despite multiple attempts, dealing with overseas customer service representatives has been unhelpful and frustrating. It is important to me to have the voucher reinstated to its full value or receive a refund in Groupon credit. My request is for Groupon to address customer concerns promptly with a US-based customer service team, be more flexible in resolving such problems, and consider exceptions in unique situations like mine. I hope to enjoy a family dinner without further complications.

During my recent trip to Reno from Thursday to Saturday, I had a terrible experience at the Sands Regency hotel booked through Groupon. The room was dirty, poorly ventilated, and had non-openable windows, triggering my asthma. Despite contacting maintenance about a clogged bathtub, the issue was not resolved. The thin walls led to constant noise disturbances, preventing me from getting any sleep. The following day, I promptly switched to the Peppermill to salvage my trip. I urge Groupon to remove the Sands Regency hotel from their listings to prevent others from enduring such a dreadful stay. I am appalled by the conditions and request a refund or credit for the unpleasant experience that tainted my vacation. Additionally, I was unable to enjoy a whiskey tasting tour at Branded Hearts Distillery due to their misleading website information, which also warrants a refund. This was truly the worst trip I've ever had, and I regret visiting Reno.

I received a Pifco Robotic Vacuum Cleaner as a gift. The model number is P28034, and the batch number is [redacted]. A friend purchased it from Groupon in August. She is currently in the hospital and is unsure if she has an account or purchased it as a guest. The machine is now broken, and Pifco says the guarantee is with the retailer for the first year. I purchased a voucher for smoked chilli and scheduled my visit for last Friday via the provided link. Unfortunately, I injured my back on the day of the booking and had to call the restaurant to cancel. Interestingly, despite having a booking confirmation, the restaurant had no record of my reservation. They then informed me that they are changing their name starting today and are uncertain if I can still redeem the voucher since I booked and cancelled under the old restaurant name. The voucher is valid until Nov 30th. I am hoping to clarify whether the restaurant will honor the voucher under the new name and if it shows as redeemed on Groupon since I used the booking link. However, the agent declined any exchanges or refunds, suggesting I give it to a friend. I recently bought a Groupon deal for a visit to [redacted]% Chiropractic. The deal included an adjustment, x-rays, and a massage. When I booked, I specified that I could only make it after 5pm, which was initially agreed to. However, on my first appointment for x-rays on October 22nd, they suddenly couldn't accommodate me at 5pm as planned because the chiropractor on duty left. They asked me to come in earlier or wait for a new doctor, which could take a week. After following up on November 5th, I was told they hadn't hired a new doctor and insisted I come in earlier. This was not feasible for me. They mentioned a charge of $21 for the x-rays if I wanted a refund. I want a full refund as I haven't received the x-rays, and it wasn't my fault they lost a chiropractor. I feel misled as they took x-rays without discussing them with me knowing my time constraints. The payment was split between Groupon bucks and a credit card, and I'm open to the refund being processed the same way.

I recently placed an order on Novadab for four sets of the Holiday Cheer Drop Necklace and Earrings. The issue is that each set can only be shipped individually, each with a $7.00 shipping charge. I spoke with a representative regarding applying credit from a previous purchase made with Neo Aesthetics. I was under the impression from prior correspondence that this could be done. However, the representative did not fully credit the unused Neo Aesthetics coupon towards the Shiela Christie purchase as I had requested. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had regarding a Boys Life Magazine subscription purchased through Groupon in April [redacted]. Despite not renewing the subscription when asked, I discovered that my credit card was charged twice in both [redacted] and [redacted] for $34 each time without my consent.
Upon inquiring, Boys Life Magazine attributed the charges to Groupon. While they agreed to refund the most recent charges totaling $68, they declined to reimburse the $68 from the [redacted] transactions. This unauthorized use of my credit card raises concerns of fraud.

I noticed that my bank statement shows two charges of $39.99 each for a Necklace from Hannah Design, which I thought I had ordered. I've been trying to contact them several times, but haven't received any response. I still want to receive the product, as the promotional value expires on November 21, [redacted]. Two months ago, I purchased a £18 utensil from Groupon but accidentally entered the wrong door number as 83A instead of 63A. I contacted Groupon to correct the address before the item shipped. Groupon asked me to wait for the return and they would issue a refund so I could reorder with the correct address. Initially, I only required the address amendment, as I really wanted the utensil. Despite numerous follow-ups, Groupon did not make the change and I requested a full refund. I was advised to wait for an email update on the refund, but I have not received any communication. Customer service calls were unsuccessful, and I am disappointed by the unprofessionalism and poor service received.
