I bought a Groupon deal from Metropolitan Med Spa (Six-session Hair Removal for Large Area) for $[redacted] on November 15, [redacted], paid with my credit card. Visited the spa on November 16, [redacted], and wasn't satisfied. It was difficult to schedule an appointment that suited me, resulting in a booking two weeks later than desired. Uncomfortable with the personal questions on the forms I was asked to fill out. Requesting to cancel my Groupon purchase and receive a refund as I've spent roughly 20 hours dealing with the issue, including speaking with my credit card company. Tried contacting Groupon's customer service but couldn't reach anyone. First time using Groupon and likely the last due to this frustrating and time-consuming experience. Need a refund of $[redacted] for a spa visit that may now be unusable. Unacceptable situation.

Hello Groupon Support Team, I recently bought 2 Groupons for a trip to Amsterdam and Paris. Unfortunately, the travel agency could not accommodate our preferred check-in and check-out dates. The fine print did not specify the limited availability within the selected date range, causing this inconvenience. Could I please request a refund for this purchase? The vouchers were redeemed for the travel agency to assist with the date selection. I would like a refund as my party experience at Airbound was unsatisfactory. I arrived at 7 p.m. for my scheduled party in the pit room, but as of now at 8:06 p.m., I still have not been given the room. Despite arranging this with Lehman and Miss Judy on October 26th, I was told that the room was unavailable due to overbooking after a party from 5 to 7. Although I requested to stay in the pit room due to safety reasons given the short notice, Miss Judy declined and mentioned they had triple-booked the space for a party from 8 to 10. This lack of accommodation has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed, ultimately ruining my daughter's party.

I received a confirmation from Groupon for my purchase on November 13, [redacted] with order number #1[redacted]59-[redacted]. According to FedEx, there was an issue with the shipping address provided to them. Despite my efforts, FedEx declined to provide an email confirming this. I am reaching out to request that you verify the shipping label created for FedEx to ensure the address is correct. At this point, even after speaking with both you and FedEx, I have not received the package. It seems like a repetitive cycle with no resolution in sight. I simply ask for the package to be delivered to the correct address, as per your promise in the confirmation that no further action was required on my part. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I would like a refund for three Groupons that were mistakenly charged to my account and I was unable to use. When I visited SVS Vision on Thursday to purchase the $49 deal, I attempted to pay through Paypal twice, but it failed due to an error stating my card had expired. I then tried using just my credit card, but the transaction did not go through. Eventually, I had to purchase the glasses without using the Groupon. Upon returning home, I discovered that my bank account had been charged three times for the Groupon deal that had not actually gone through at the store. The SVS Vision representatives were unable to resolve the issue and mentioned they had never encountered this problem with Groupon before. I am requesting a prompt refund for all three charges.

When we ordered the cameras, we were specifically looking for two things - to ensure there was a remote and a hard drive. What good is a camera if you cannot rewind it? We came across one that was sixty-one percent off, with a picture showing the remote. This product used to cost $[redacted] but is now on sale for $[redacted] with 1 BT. There is no way this camera used to cost $[redacted] without a hard drive. However, upon receiving the package, we noticed there was no remote as shown in the picture and no hard drive. Additionally, the DVR is not the same as the one in the picture. This is concerning as we have never had any problems in the past. I have been waiting for my daughter's new bed order for a week now. Today was the scheduled delivery day, but it did not arrive. Groupon indicates that the package is in transit, yet FedEx tracking shows it as delivered. The package was left at the mailbox without any notification or attempt to deliver to the door. This lack of thorough delivery service has occurred before, and I am frustrated by this recurring issue. I am disappointed that the package was not brought to my attention properly. I expect better customer service that ensures packages are received securely. Knocking or ringing the doorbell should be the standard for deliveries. I am requesting a refund due to this unsatisfactory experience.

When we ordered the cameras, we specifically checked for two things: a remote control and a hard drive. It's essential to have both features for camera functionality. We came across a deal with a camera that was priced 61% off, originally $[redacted] but now on sale for $[redacted], which seemed like a great offer. However, upon receiving the package, we realized that the camera did not come with the remote as advertised, nor did it have a hard drive. Additionally, the DVR unit included was different from the one shown in the picture. This discrepancy is concerning as we always ensure accuracy in our orders. Hello, I purchased two Groupons for AMF bowling. Unfortunately, shortly after, my husband fractured his femur at the hip socket, followed by a severe bone density issue in his foot. Despite hoping for a recovery before the Groupons expire on Nov. 20th, that won't be possible. We kindly inquire if the expiration date could be extended. Although I know the paid amount can be used at the bowling alley, it doesn't cover much, which is why we opted for the Groupon. Thank you for your consideration.

I recently reached out to Flat Rate Doctors to book an appointment using a voucher I purchased. However, I was informed that they no longer accept Groupons. Despite my attempts to cancel the vouchers, Groupon's customer support was unhelpful. Now I have two vouchers - one for $39 and one for $35 - that I cannot use. We recently purchased a service from "A Breathe Rite Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning Company" to clean our air ducts. Although we've already paid $59.00, they are asking for an additional $4 for each vent not on the floor and $15 extra for cleaning return vents, which other companies typically include in their service. After purchasing the service with a 50% off promotion, they now expect a tip based on the original value of $[redacted], totaling $24 more. In total, they are requesting around $79 more on top of what we have already paid. We are not willing to be taken advantage of by a company that adds hidden fees and manipulates customers. We would like to receive a full refund so that we can seek the same service from a different local company offering a similar promotion. I recently purchased two Groupons from Simplicity laser, one for a large area and one for a small area. Upon visiting for what should have been my 5th appointment, I was presented with a new form stating that any disputes would have to be arbitrated in Utah, which I found unacceptable since I live in AZ. When I declined to sign, they refused to provide service, insisting I contact Groupon for a refund. As I've already paid out of pocket and have a signed agreement with them, I believe a refund is appropriate in this situation. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Last year, I bought a tanning Groupon that ended up causing me a lot of frustration. I used a new email address since my previous Groupon experience with Darque Tan over a year ago. After I got married, I updated my email and took advantage of a deal to purchase this Groupon for a vacation. Upon attempting to redeem it, the cashier had me click "redeem" before checking my name. Surprisingly, their system indicated I had previously used the same Groupon from over a year ago, even though I thought it was a different one from Darque Tan. Unfortunately, after "redeeming" it, I was told I couldn't get a refund or use it. Now, I'm seeking a refund for the purchase so I can apply it towards a different Groupon. Thank you for your help!

I request a $15.00 credit for my Kentucky Down Under pass purchase. Yesterday, I used the 25% off promo code PARTY to buy the pass, but encountered an error when trying to redeem it at the venue. The error message mentioned technical issues with Groupon. I was still allowed entry by the venue but I assured them I would redeem the pass once the problem was fixed. I canceled the initial purchase due to an email stating my credit card was the issue, although it wasn't. I updated my payment method for a new purchase attempt. However, when I tried to repurchase the pass with the PARTY promo code, I was informed the code couldn't be used, and I had to pay the full amount of $59.00 today to honor my agreement with the venue. I followed the instructions and called the studio yesterday. I left a message requesting the 12:45 PM class for today and asked for a callback, but I did not receive any response. This morning at 11:30 AM, I visited the studio and spoke with a lady who instructed me to attend the class at 12:30 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the class was full. Furthermore, the lady mentioned that she couldn't accommodate me for the next class as my Groupon did not display my name. I presented the Groupon from my email to demonstrate that I purchased it, but she still declined, citing the lack of a printed name. Feeling frustrated by the experience, I decided not to take any yoga classes at that studio in the future.

I recently bought three tickets for the Holiday Jam in Anaheim, CA on December 8th, [redacted]. I wasn't able to apply the promo code PARTY for the additional 25% off.
