I recently bought 2 tickets for the Maxwell concert in Chicago, IL at the Chicago Theatre. After the purchase, the money was taken, and it initially confirmed my ticket purchase. I bought two dog grooming packages, one for myself and one for a friend. I've tried calling multiple times and only reached someone today. They said I can't bring both dogs in because it's one per family and would charge an extra $50 for the second dog. There were no available appointments before the expiration date. I feel misled and want a refund for both packages. I'm disappointed with the service and wouldn't trust leaving my pet there. The groomer claimed the terms had changed and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. This experience was frustrating, and I usually have good experiences with Groupon, but this was unacceptable.

I am eagerly looking forward to surprising my family with a trip to New York in a couple of weeks. However, upon checking my credit card statement related to this reservation, I noticed that I have been double charged for the booking. After reviewing my Groupon account, I discovered an additional reservation at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Times Square, resulting in an extra charge of $[redacted]+.
It seems there was an error as I do not require two rooms on the same dates (Nov 28-30, [redacted]). I am not looking to cancel my entire New York stay, but I do not wish to pay for the duplicate booking.

As a new customer, I am disappointed with my recent purchase of the Floating TV Unit advertised on your site. The product I received did not meet my expectations based on the images displayed during the purchase. Unfortunately, the actual item did not match the quality and appearance portrayed online.
Upon receiving the wall cabinet, I noticed discrepancies in the material, finish, and overall condition. The product seemed to be of inferior quality with loose plastic parts and signs of previous use, including drilled holes. Additionally, the dimensions and alignment of the unit were not as advertised, leading to a misfit when assembled.
Given these issues, I am requesting a refund as I feel the product does not justify the price of £80 and does not meet my needs. I returned from a trip recently and can promptly disassemble and return the item in its original packaging.

I attempted to place an order on 11/18/18 and 11/19/18 through Groupon for a Bad Boys Live Male Revue event on Dec 1. Unfortunately, I faced considerable technical issues during the purchase. Even after updating my payment to a different credit card, the order continued to fail to process. I recently bought a $20 Regal gift card for $10 through Groupon. However, when I tried to use it, I discovered that the card only shows a balance of $0 instead of $20. Groupon claims it's a Regal issue, while Regal says it's a Groupon problem. I have not received any resolution or a callback so far.

I have four purchases from Groupon that I am unable to use for various reasons. If a refund is not possible, I would like to convert these into Groupon Bucks credit.
1. Shear Madness - Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment by phone, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them.
2. The Allergy Testing Company - I sent in my hair sample as instructed but have not received any communication or processing of my order from them.
3. Bernadine Provost at Shoreline Massage - My visit with another Groupon voucher was unsatisfactory, and I would prefer not to return.
4. Classic Nail and Spa - Due to conflicting schedules, I am finding it challenging to book an appointment with the nail spa during their operating hours.

On Friday, November 16, [redacted], at 10:05 pm, I tried to purchase 5 tickets for Cirque Musica Holiday at Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield. Initially, the system wouldn't process the order but allowed for 3 tickets later on. Yet, the transaction still didn't go through. I asked my daughter, Lea Litton, who also uses Groupon, to try, but she faced the same issue both online and in person at the arena. She managed to buy the tickets successfully the next day. Upon reviewing my emails, I discovered two confirmed transactions, one for 3 tickets and another for 5, even though I believed the purchases weren't completed. Subject: Need assistance with a duplicated Groupon order
I mistakenly placed a duplicate order for the Polynesian Center through Groupon on 11/20 for 9 individuals. I did not receive a confirmation email, so I assumed the initial order did not go through and placed a second order for the same group on the same day. Now, I have received confirmations for both orders (#1[redacted]07-[redacted] and #1[redacted]08-[redacted]), and I believe this falls outside the cancellation policy due to being an honest mistake.
After contacting Groupon's online chat unsuccessfully, the Polynesian Center provided me with Viator reservation numbers (#[redacted]93 and #[redacted]79), as Groupon booked the reservation through them. Viator's representative, Mr. Will, indicated that they could cancel the duplicate order once they receive confirmation from Groupon. I am hopeful that Groupon will address this issue promptly and cancel the duplicate booking.

I recently received confirmation for two Studio La Vila vouchers that I did not authorize. I was attempting to update my credit card information when this happened. I recently dined at a restaurant expecting to use my $59 Groupon credit but was denied. I purchased a Groupon for Cozy Maid for $60 for 2 hours of cleaning. However, when I booked 3 hours of cleaning and inputted my voucher code, I expected to pay around $35, but the company charged me $90. I bought the $45 Sam's Club Groupon but never received the redemption number. When I went to Sam's Club, they still processed our membership but without the benefits like the fruit tray, cheesecake, $20 gift card, and $15 ecard promised.
