This is my 3rd or 4th attempt at reaching out here regarding my purchase of Live Green Hemp CBD Gummybears 500mg for $16.99 made on Nov. 1st. Despite following the directions provided, I never received my order. After contacting them, they claimed the order was never placed and requested a voucher number, which I provided. They informed me that the number was incorrect. I am frustrated as I have yet to receive my CBD gummies. They advised me to contact you to obtain a valid voucher number. I purchased two of the $99 flash deals for ciao luggage sets. The first set arrived undamaged, but the blue set's largest piece was damaged upon arrival. I have photos to share. The luggage is supposed to come with a 5-year warranty, directing customers to contact the third-party seller in case of issues. After contacting them, they redirected me back to Groupon rather rudely. Despite filling out their warranty form multiple times, I haven't received any resolution. The seller now wants at least an additional $20 for a replacement and requests that I pay to ship the damaged item back. I just want the undamaged luggage I paid for as we've saved up for two years for our vacation. I shouldn't have to pay extra for their mistake. I've lost trust in their customer service and need help resolving this issue promptly. Photos are available with tags still on the damaged piece.

I accidentally ordered jet ski rentals and have been unsuccessful in attempting to cancel my order due to the lack of contact information provided. I have also acquired other Groupons for services I didn't use; receiving refunds for those would be appreciated. The absence of a customer service line makes it frustrating to deal with the company, as the app only offers limited assistance. It's important for Groupon to improve their customer service capabilities and better filter out misleading offers to maintain customer trust. Just because there is fine print, doesn't justify significantly higher prices than advertised. Urging for improvements to prevent losing business in the future.

I bought a Groupon in August for Sonic D Limo Service to arrange transportation on Dec5 and Dec8 from Newark Airport (EWR) to Yotel Hotel in Manhattan. Even though the trip falls within the Groupon's distance limits, I was surprised today when I tried to book the transportation online. Sonic D is asking for an additional $90 on top of the $79 I paid for the Groupon. I find this additional cost misleading and too expensive. I believed the $79 Groupon would cover the round-trip transportation cost. I haven't used the Groupon and would like to request a refund for it.

I was interested in purchasing a Tonnybz infinity pendant necklace and accidentally clicked "buy" instead of "add to cart." My card was charged immediately without a confirmation page. I do not want the necklace and would like a full refund.
Additionally, I find it concerning that a purchase was made without a confirmation step. Looking back at my Groupons, I noticed an almost identical necklace marked as delivered last year, but I never received it. This situation feels suspicious to me, almost like a scam.

I have made 5 legitimate orders on GROUPON with my debit card (ending in [redacted]); however, I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my account. On Nov. 20 at 9:52 pm, an order for $31.79 was placed on my card, ending in [redacted], while I was outdoors and not making any purchases on GROUPON. I suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to my GROUPON account.

I recently purchased a Sam's Club membership and activated it on October 15th. Despite multiple emails and attempts via live chat, I haven't received the $20 gift card promised for the purchase of over $50 that day. I bought two tickets for the Benji Brown show in Jacksonville, Florida on Friday, the 23rd. I received a confirmation email after the purchase. I purchased a $33 Groupon on August 29, [redacted], using voucher number [redacted]9 for $75 worth of cleaning services from 469Maids.com.
After realizing I needed to provide my credit card details to schedule an appointment with 469Maids.com, I reluctantly gave my information to proceed with the booking since there was no live person available to book with over the phone.
The cleaning service was completed on November 21, [redacted]. Following the service, the cleaner informed me that I would receive an email from 469Maids.com. In this email, I was instructed to provide an electronic signature to confirm the service's completion, after which the cleaner would receive payment.
To my surprise, I later received an email requesting a payment of $75.72 in addition to surrendering my Groupon voucher, stating that the voucher only covered the first hour of service. While I thought my $33 Groupon entitled me to the full $75 service, the email I signed unintentionally agrees to this additional charge.
I do not believe I owe this extra amount to 469Maids.com. However, given that they have my credit card details, I fear they may have charged me already. I seek advice on what steps to take next.

I am reaching out regarding a Groupon voucher for a stay at The Grand Apartments in Labrador on the Gold Coast. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled today due to unexpected weather conditions, and the next available flight is not until Saturday afternoon, 11/24/18. This led to us missing our intended stay at The Grand Apartments. Upon contacting the Grand Apartments, I was informed by Amy that it was unlikely we could get a refund or credit due to the short notice. I then spoke to Monique to confirm we would not be able to make the rest of our stay.

On November 20th, I bought a pet vaccine for $41. However, when I tried to redeem it the next day, there was a card issue, so I updated my payment information.
