I placed an order for 5 items on November 4th. As of November 22nd, I have not yet received the 2 ski masks, and the boots arrived only two days ago. I will need to return the boots as I had to purchase another pair elsewhere due to their delayed arrival. I paid £1.99 for postage separately for each item. I am disappointed with the service as two items have not been delivered on time and one arrived well past the expected date. Additionally, I noticed that there are unrelated orders for an iPad Mini and a laptop on my account with an unfamiliar address. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, Groupn has not addressed my concerns adequately, only asking me to wait for my orders. I would like to return the boots that took 15 days instead of the promised 7, and I am still awaiting the ski masks, which were meant as gifts. Regards, E Boak.

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage last year which expired on April 1, [redacted]. Despite making an appointment before the expiration date, it was changed multiple times by the business. I was also charged an extra $50 upon arrival. Unfortunately, the phone number for the business no longer works and they have received negative reviews for not honoring Groupon vouchers. I have reached out to the appropriate authorities regarding this issue. Any advice on how to obtain a refund for this Groupon would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage in Bellaire. I tried reaching out to the merchant without success. I attempted to get a refund for my Groupon bucks with three different support representatives. They suggested I trade in the original voucher for another Groupon, but the option didn't appear, and the voucher expired yesterday. I was under the impression that Groupon vouchers do not expire. I just want my $36 refunded, either as Groupon bucks or preferably back to my debit card due to issues with the Groupon app. This money is crucial for me to use toward another massage Groupon since I struggle with chronic pain. I am having trouble reaching the company for customer service. I initially contacted them via email on Resolver, only to be informed that they could not assist me as I am from Canada, and they are based in the UK. They provided me with another email address, but when I tried to email them, I received a message saying the email was not accepting mail. How can I effectively reach customer service for assistance with my issue regarding a Groupon US voucher purchase?

I purchased a Groupon for a massage therapy session with Tiffany Williams for $31. Despite my numerous attempts to contact her over the past month, she has not responded, and her mailbox is full. I have been trying to contact Groupon for over 20 minutes to redeem an offer that is different from what IdentityForce is currently offering. IdentityForce has a 90-day free trial for $12.95 per month on their website, while the Groupon deal was for a 3-month period at $19 ($6.33 per month). I cannot find where to enter the redemption code on the Groupon website, and it seems to only offer me the 90-day free trial followed by a charge of $12.95 monthly. Despite reaching out to IdentityForce, I cannot redeem my Groupon deal. This situation is frustrating. In the past, I have successfully resolved issues by contacting Groupon's customer service over the phone. However, the website's instructions and links for customer support and refunds are unclear and limited. I am requesting a refund and am disappointed with the customer service provided by Groupon. If they cannot provide phone support, they should strive to address and resolve the issues customers encounter, or reconsider their business approach.

Before purchasing a Groupon for a balayage treatment at Gloss Salon and Style Bar, I contacted them to confirm if they would honor the voucher as I had used it there before. They assured me they would honor it, so I bought the Groupon and made an appointment for my visit home during Thanksgiving. However, upon arriving at the salon after a long drive, they refused to accept the Groupon I had printed. They provided me with the manager's contact number to resolve the situation, but the number turned out to be incorrect. I reside in Pittsburgh, far from the salon, and am seeking a refund for the unused Groupon that I cannot return online since it's already printed.

Yesterday, I placed an order for a blue hoodie for my son, priced at $17.99 under order number #[redacted] [redacted] 89. However, I forgot to enter the shipping address for the delivery to Oregon. Dear Concerned Party, I recently purchased a voucher for a subscription to the Albuquerque Journal. Originally, I was under the impression that the voucher entitled me to daily deliveries including Sundays, as did many others. However, I have now been informed that the subscription only covers digital access on weekdays with Sunday delivery. When I inquired about using the $29.95 I paid towards a new subscription, the merchant stated they would only credit me half of that amount, contingent on Groupon's payment. According to Groupon's policy, the voucher should be redeemable for at least the purchase price even after the promotional value expires. Therefore, I am puzzled why the merchant is only willing to refund me half of what I paid. I find it unreasonable to pay $29.95 for a subscription worth $14.50. As a resolution, I am requesting a full refund of the $29.95. While email communication is possible, I would prefer to discuss this matter over the phone for a more direct dialogue. I purchased the personalized xylophone for $5, but with shipping, it totaled $20. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but couldn't do it online. Here is the email I sent to Monogramhub: "The initial price was $5, but with the redemption code, it increased to $9.99, plus an additional $9.99 for shipping. This is too expensive for me. I couldn't find the cancel order option. Please cancel the order for me. Why isn't the total price, including shipping, shown before placing the order?" Monogramhub requested more information to process the order, but I no longer want to proceed with it. I want to cancel and receive a refund of the initial $5.

Hello, today I bought a Groupon voucher for 65AED for MerryMaids cleaning service in Dubai because my friends are coming over tonight. I wanted to schedule the cleaning before making the payment, but the payment was processed first. Being new to Groupon, I didn't realize I needed to check availability with the company before paying. We purchased a trip to Turkey and secured a travel insurance through Gate 1 providing “cancel for any reason” coverage. Due to the deteriorating political situation, the State Department advised against travel to Turkey. Gate 1 allowed us to cancel the trip, however, the insurance only covered extreme circumstances like serious injury or terrorist attacks, resulting in a loss of $3,[redacted].00. Despite being able to reroute to Belgium, Gate 1 did not assist further once the insurance issue arose. We attempted multiple daily calls to Gate 1 with no response. Considering involving the State AG, Bob Ferguson, due to the inadequate insurance and lack of assistance from Gate 1.

Hello! I recently purchased Autoaid breakdown cover through your service on November 23rd. In reviewing the cover, it shows an expiration date of March 31, [redacted], even though it was advertised as a 12-month coverage. I also requested to add my wife as the additional driver for our single car. I am puzzled by the discrepancy between the pricing and duration stated. The cost for the service starting from December 1st, [redacted], should be £44.00 for a full year, but I seem to have paid twice, totaling £88.00. I would like a refund of £44.00 and clarification on the duration of my coverage. Additionally, I encountered issues with using the provided codes on your website, as they were not accepted indicating they were no longer valid. This has made the process confusing and cumbersome. I bought a Waistbuster on November 2, but it is too heavy for me to use. Waistbuster mentioned that I can't return it since I purchased it through Groupon. However, my Groupon clearly states a 30-day return policy. I've been trying to reach out to Groupon for help, but their "help" tab appears to be malfunctioning with garbled text. I really want to return the Waistbuster within the 30-day timeframe, but I can't seem to get through to Groupon. The Group number is LG-6GYY-HTLJ-SWVG-LT2B. I am reaching out for the third time regarding two items I ordered on November 22nd, a teeth whitening kit, and a blood pressure cuff. On tracking the items, I found out they were sent to my previous address in Henderson, Nevada, where I lived three years ago. I have since moved to Clearwater and updated my address to [redacted] Newbern Ave, Clearwater, FL [redacted]. It is concerning that my current address was not used for delivery, leading the products to be sent to someone else. Additionally, my credit card was charged for items that I have not received. This morning, I placed an order for 12 items, including (3) Power Master 12,000mAh Led Dual Power Banks. Each bank was supposed to have $3.00 deducted at checkout, totaling $9.00. I also bought (1) PopSockets Grip for Phones and Tablets with an expected $5.00 discount that did not apply, so I am owed $5.00. Additionally, I purchased 1 pair of Gloopi Women's Indoor Outdoor Fur Lined Clog Slippers with Memory Foam. An extra $5.00 discount was supposed to be applied at checkout but wasn't, leaving me owed $5.00. Moreover, (3) Wallet Ninja 2.0 20 Tools in One were purchased with a $2.00 discount each, totaling $6.00 that was not adjusted. Another purchase was the Kensie Heavy Ultra Soft Reversible Sherpa Throw for $16.99, with $5.00 supposed to come off, but it did not. Also, 1 pair of Heavy Duty High Visibility Cold Weather Work Gloves at $4.99 with a $1.00 discount that was not applied. Lastly, the Professional Makeup Brush Set with a pouch or stand (5 - 32 pieces) was $10.99, and $1.00 was not deducted as expected at checkout.
