I meticulously followed your instructions. I am having trouble locating my gift cards, which may now go by a different name. Previously, I could effortlessly access my prepaid e-cards to make purchases on the website. However, I am now unable to locate them. Despite a lengthy chat session, the representative seemed confused about my issue and eventually closed the chat. I remained polite throughout and even expressed my gratitude. I want to clarify that my slower responses are due to my age. After corresponding with the individual, I received an email, but I am unsure of their gender and it is not relevant. The representative was professional and understanding but could not assist in finding the missing vouchers. Prior to the website redesign, this process was simpler. I urgently need to retrieve my vouchers as I have invested a substantial amount of money in them. Please direct me to someone who can help resolve this issue. Thank you, Margret Lassich

I bought 2 Monogram Hub vouchers: one for a Kylie necklace (voucher: gpnkye179hqku9k) and one for 2 Kylie necklaces (voucher: gpnkye2tng8pyva). I ordered 1 Kylie necklace for Nadia using the first voucher. When I tried to use the second voucher for 2 necklaces, it wouldn't process. After contacting the company, they said I redeemed both necklaces for Nadia. I clarified the mistake, but when trying to order the 2-necklace option, only 1 is allowed. These are gifts, and I haven't received a resolution yet, despite spending a lot of time on this issue. I will involve Discover card if this isn't resolved. I'm waiting for assistance with this problem.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for "Two Personalized Princess Pillowcases" from Qualtry. My redemption code is "GPNPPC2-fuub21a." However, when I tried to redeem it following the instructions in the PDF file, the link led me to "shopathome.com" instead of Qualtry's website. I am unable to contact Qualtry directly through their website either. I was hoping to give these pillowcases as Christmas gifts for my granddaughters, but now I'm not sure if that will be possible. I would like to cancel this order and receive a refund of $8.

I placed an order yesterday for 5 necklaces at $7.99 each and a size 9 ring at $17.99. Today I noticed the prices changed, with the necklaces now priced at $11.99 each. The total was originally $57 but today it shows as $70 plus. I'm frustrated as I couldn't find a code to save more. If I can't get the original total, please cancel my order. I purchased a London Dungeons experience for my partner's 21st birthday, but he accidentally scheduled something else for the same day. London Dungeon has agreed to change the time, but since I bought it through your company, I believe I need to contact you as well. I would like to change the time to 10am instead of 11am to accommodate our schedule. I am willing to pay an additional fee for this change. Hello, I recently made a booking for two tickets to the London Dungeons at 11am for my partner's 21st birthday. Unfortunately, he made other plans without informing me, so I need to change the booking to 10am on the same day. The London Dungeons confirmed they are okay with the change, but as I purchased the tickets on Groupon, they are unable to make the amendment on their system. I am unable to modify the booking on my end, so I am willing to pay extra for the change. It's quite stressful for me as we are not local to London, and I really don't want to risk losing any money. I received this notification this morning at 7:13 AM regarding the "Deck the Deals Sale." Despite trying to use the code DECK for an extra 20% off on multiple items, I encountered issues with the discount not applying. After spending an hour on a chat with a customer service representative yesterday, the attendant manually applied only a 10% discount to order number #1[redacted]90-[redacted] from November 24, [redacted]. The representative mentioned she would place an order for the remaining items in my cart but failed to do so, even though she confirmed the order placement. Today, I am requesting the additional 10% discount to be applied to the aforementioned order. Additionally, I expect the missing items to be ordered and will return any duplicates I receive at no cost for shipping, as they do not appear in my Groupon account or on my credit card statement as promised by the chat attendant.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon for a 60-minute massage with Jessica at Envy. I have called over 8 times and left messages with no return call. The Groupon expires on 12/12. At this point, I simply want a refund. I don't have the time to call this person every day. My daughter went to the business to inquire about scheduling the massage for me, and was informed that Jessica was not there and that she returns calls. Clearly, this is not happening. I bought 10 Groupons for the Washington DC Go City Card and they wouldn't work when I tried to use them with my family. I was forced to buy 10 more, but only 7 worked. We struggled in the rain, eventually purchasing 3 additional Groupons to start our tour. Despite reaching out to Groupon customer support multiple times, I have not received any help. I have proof of the charges on my credit card statements and pictures showing the Groupons were not refunded as stated. I seek refunds for the initial 10 Groupons and the 3 additional ones that failed to work. While I understand the policy about canceling within 3 days, it was impractical for me to do so mid-trip. Please assist me in resolving this issue that has been ongoing since November 12th.

Hello Groupon Customer Support, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a couples massage at Hot Hands Studio & Spa on November 9, [redacted]. Despite making an appointment for November 24 at 2:00pm, I encountered difficulties. The receptionist recommended returning the voucher, mentioning they might not honor it. I insisted on using the voucher valid until March [redacted]. Although I never received a confirmation call for my appointment, I called multiple times to no avail. Upon reaching the spa using my husband's phone, I was informed there was no record of my appointment. Alexis rescheduled me for December 23 at 9:00am, promising a confirmation email that never arrived. I only received an email saying the voucher was redeemed, though I never used it. I purchased Groupon tickets for a 24-hour up and down tour in New York City for two people, along with a night tour for two as well. I realized I needed to pick up the vouchers at three different locations, which I thought would be convenient since we were planning to do the night tour. However, I just noticed that the tickets are only valid from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon, which means I have to use them within 24 hours of picking them up. Upon contacting TopView Sightseeing, they advised me to reach out to Groupon for a refund and then repurchase them.

I attempted to purchase several items on Thanksgiving night but realized after submitting the order that my credit card information was not updated. Despite trying to cancel the order, I encountered an error message. I later received an email indicating the transaction failed and they would try again in a few days. After updating my card details, only one of the five items was reordered. I tried changing the payment method or canceling the remaining items individually but kept encountering a message saying the process failed or was unavailable. I am seeking a refund or compensation for a voucher I used for the Austin Steam Train North Pole Flyer. I purchased tickets for 4 adults with adult seating and a table, as advertised, but the experience fell short. The ride was not enjoyable for all ages, lacked legroom, and we did not get the promised table. Children were given whistles, leading to a disruptive 2-hour journey. I am dissatisfied and plan to try a different steam train event in the future. Despite posting two reviews, the company's response was dismissive, indicating that I should ride a different themed train next time. We had a disappointing visit today at Game Changer World, Allentown, PA using our Groupon. We arrived shortly after opening and encountered two inexperienced clerks struggling to redeem the Groupon. Many games were out of order, the bounce house wasn't inflated, and rock climbing was unavailable due to the absence of a manager. Some games malfunctioned, not awarding tickets as promised. When seeking assistance, we were told no help was available. The ticket redemption machines were also faulty. The included pizza was poorly cooked as the young staff were more focused on joking around instead of working. The explicit music played throughout our visit was inappropriate for a family-friendly environment. The manager arrived late and reprimanded the staff after our complaint. Game Changer World's lack of organization and professionalism was evident. We aim to share our experience through a review to caution others. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Era R. My sister, Eva R., gifted me a voucher from Danielle's Salon & Spa (located at [redacted] Haggerty Rd, West Bloomfield Township, MI [redacted]) for a haircut, full highlights, and blowout on your website. The offer is supposed to expire on December 22, [redacted]. However, when I went to the salon last week, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the salon has shut down nearly a month ago. I would expect that you would be able to refund my sister the money she spent on this gift, or at least allow her to get another coupon in place of the one I will be unable to use. She has told me that she already emailed you about this, but received inadequate help to actually get her money back. I expect that she will get her money back, as it is not our fault that we were unable to use the coupon.

My experience with the Fruit Bouquets service voucher purchased through 1-[redacted]-Flowers has been incredibly disappointing.
