I got this confirmation from Groupon - The order number for your purchase on November **, **** is *****-******-******. No need to do anything else! By purchasing this Groupon and providing your name and shipping address, your order is complete. I was told by FedEx that you provided them the label with my wrong shipping address. You asked me to provide a email confirmation from FedEx that they got the wrong address from you. FedEx refused to provide that email. Can you look into the shipping label you created for FedEx if the address is correct. anyways, I am telling you I didn't receive my order. I spoke with you and FedEx and it is going in circles. Nobody cares that I didn't receive the package I didn't receive. All I ask is that you deliver the package to me. It is now delivered to the wrong address. Please go retrieve it and deliver it to me, because that is what your confirmation said I need not to do anything else and should receive the package I ordered. You need to keep your promise!
