Hello, my name is Diana Kavanagh and I am requesting a full refund for the Cloud * Day Spa Groupon that I purchased. My order number is ***-***-*** in the amount of $**. The reason why I want my refund is because I received absolute terrible customer service from management over at Cloud * Day Spa. They operate on a text and message voicemail and they never even called to confirm the Groupon that they wanted via text message. Apparently one of the receptionist's had the wrong phone number because they claimed they tried calling us several times and they did not. Finally, I was able to get a hold of them and schedule an appointment for the spa services.*Once my mother got there, as she was the one I bought the Groupon for, they said they may only be able to do one of two services today because they are in transition of moving to a different location. *The customer would not even allow my mother or myself to get a word in as we were explaining the lack of communication. I do not want myself or my mother ever going there again, Services were not done at all today, and I would respectfully and thankfully request a refund.*The management also said there was an additional service fee that Groupon did not include in their fine print.*I have never had a problem with a company with my previous Groupon purchases, even those that I needed to refund. But this was absolutely terrible customer service.*I appreciate your prompt response in this matter, but really all I want to do is get a full refund. I intend on using Groupon for different locations in the future. Thank you again.
