I purchased a Groupon for Micro Needling at Polished Image Salon in Salt Lake City. My voucher number is [redacted]5. I had scheduled my appointment for 5:00 pm on October 15, which is my only day off. However, at 3:30, the owner informed me she was running behind, and at 4:40, she told me she was an hour behind and needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, I cannot reschedule as I will be leaving Salt Lake City for an extended period. I was taken by surprise that she waited until the last minute to inform me about the rescheduling, as I had already arrived and was prepared for the appointment. I had specifically mentioned that the 15th was the only day that worked for me due to my acting commitments. Although she initially agreed to a refund, her response turned hostile when I explained I couldn't reschedule. I would appreciate a refund of $74 for this unacceptable experience with the salon and the Groupon deal.

I arrived five minutes early for my appointment on 8-20-18, but Matthew Adcock was not present, and no one else was either. Despite texting him and waiting for 20 minutes, I received no response. Eventually, his assistant contacted me on 8-29 and rescheduled my appointment for 9-12. However, two days before that appointment, I was informed that he was out of the lash product and needed to reschedule again. Since then, from 9-10 to 10-15, a total of 35 days, I have not been contacted. I no longer trust him to perform any treatments, especially those relating to my eyes, and I am now requesting a refund.

I visited Crystal Skin with my mother for two 1-hour facials with 20-minute massages. Despite difficulties finding the place and the language barrier when calling for directions, we arrived to a dirty establishment. I hesitated to use the Groupon but was convinced they would utilize their machines, which turned out to be minimal. During our session, the woman working on me left midway through the facial, leaving my mother's technician to tend to both of us in less than an hour. The facial seemed inadequate, essentially applying what I believe was Vaseline and a brief facial massage. The 20-minute body massage was rushed and incomplete. I recently purchased a Groupon for Salon Rojo in Saskatoon. After receiving an email about a phone number change, I contacted the salon. The number on my printout directed me to Harlingtons of London instead. I spoke to Harlingtons, who confirmed I couldn't use the Groupon with a different stylist. I tried to redeem another Groupon from [redacted] but was denied because the stylist had cut my hair years ago at a different salon. I believe this is misleading advertising and would like a refund for both Groupons. The stylist's outdated techniques, like using a rubber cap for highlights, are concerning.
