Subject: Warning About Quick-Kleen Home Services
I recently came across Quick-Kleen Home Services through a Groupon deal. Despite initially planning to use the Groupon, I spoke with Jeannette at Quick-Kleen to inquire about their services. She advised me against using the Groupon and offered me a direct discount, which I found suspicious. I proceeded to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment with them.
Unfortunately, during the carpet cleaning on September 18, [redacted], the Quick-Kleen crew damaged two wall sockets in my kitchen. When I reached out to Jeannette, she was uncooperative. The company's management also denied responsibility for the damage and refused to inspect it.
Moreover, I discovered alarming facts about Quick-Kleen:
1. They don't disclose a physical address, only a P.O. box.
2. No contact information for management is provided.
3. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
4. There are several negative reviews online.
I have reported this incident to relevant consumer protection authorities and local officials. I want to caution others about Quick-Kleen's unethical practices, despite my connection through Groupon.
Best regards,
Dr. Nick J. Palazzetti

To whom it may concern,
I recently came across a discount offer for carpet cleaning by Quick-Kleen in Pittsburgh, PA through Groupon. I called their number to inquire about their services, and a scheduler named Jeannette advised me to book directly with them for a discount instead of using the Groupon.
On September 18, [redacted], the Quick-Kleen crew cleaned my carpets, but in the process, they damaged two wall sockets. When raised the concern, Jeannette didn't provide further assistance, and a Quick-Kleen representative denied responsibility for the damage.
Upon trying to contact the company, I found they only list a P.O. box, lack proper customer service channels, are not BBB certified, and have numerous online complaints. I've filed complaints with consumer protection agencies and local authorities.
I believe it's important for Groupon to be aware of Quick-Kleen's questionable practices even though I did not use a Groupon for their service but discovered them through Groupon's email.
Sincerely,
Dr. Nick J. Palazzetti

I had a disappointing experience with the Groupon deal for Lash Deziare in Sacramento, CA. The individual did not attend scheduled appointments and does not hold a valid license. My Groupon voucher expires on October 30, [redacted], and I paid $60 for it. Unfortunately, I no longer possess the credit card that was used for the purchase. My name is Grace Glover, and you can reach me at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] I am unable to log into my Groupon account. Despite multiple attempts in the past week, I have not received any assistance in resolving this matter.

This is my second time returning mats due to receiving the wrong color or discolored items. Upon trying to return them, I received a message implying it must be received today. After chatting with customer support, my concerns remain unaddressed. The operator concluded the chat prematurely.

I purchased a Groupon deal for acupuncture. After rescheduling twice due to conflicts, I finally made it to the third appointment, only to be told they wouldn't see me anymore because of the rescheduling. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I also have a massage therapy Groupon I want to refund and a pending refund for services at Noah Dental Group that never went through. I'm feeling frustrated and unsure how to proceed. My contact number is [redacted]. I am looking for assistance with these refund issues. Thank you, John.

I bought a Groupon on November 12, [redacted], for a Mac laptop with a supposed one-year warranty from Apple. Unfortunately, last week my computer stopped working. I tried to have it fixed under the warranty, but Apple said it expired in July [redacted]. I believe there may be a mistake since I bought the laptop in November [redacted], and it's only October 14, [redacted]. I need assistance since I rely on my laptop for my studies. It's frustrating not being able to reach customer support by phone. I am really counting on the warranty I purchased to cover any repairs or replacement for my laptop.

I purchased a Groupon deal for window washing from SG&Associates for $[redacted]. I had a scheduled appointment for November 12th between 12:45 and 4:00. Despite confirming on the 11th, they did not show up at my house. I tried calling after 1:30 on the 12th for a specific time frame but was put on hold twice and disconnected. Leaving messages on their answering machine yielded no response. Interestingly, they didn't answer when I called from my home number but did when I used my cell phone. I requested a refund due to their unreliability. The person I spoke with, "Stephanie", acknowledged my Thursday appointment but the lack of professionalism has left me unsatisfied. Regards, C. Holmes.

My spouse and I bought a Groupon deal for a Harry Potter-themed pub crawl last night. Before heading out, I checked the vendor's site for any extra details. The Wizards Assemble page mentioned arriving between 4-6pm to redeem the voucher and get a wand, badge, map, and app info. They specified that if you arrive past 6:30pm, contact someone using this link: wizardsassemble.com/seattlelate
Sadly, we got there at 6:43 due to a ferry delay of over 15 minutes. We needed to check in right on time. When we arrived, the ticket scanners had just left for the next spot. I tried to reach out via the link, but the site had a bad IP address and wouldn't load. The phone number on Groupon led to the bar, not the event organizers. We went to the next location to find staff, but no luck. Bar staff and patrons couldn't help either. We wasted hours trying to contact them, couldn't get our perks, had to pay full price for drinks, missed out on trivia, and more. Even though Groupon and the site won't refund us, not being able to contact the event hosts wasn't our fault and made for a really expensive and stressful night. Any chance of getting our complimentary items or a voucher? We spent the whole evening just trying to make things right due to their faulty link.

Hello, I am writing regarding my order number [redacted]17. My name is Gurmare Singh, and I reside at 8 Govan Road 1/3, G511HS. My order was delivered last week, but unfortunately, the mirror inside was shattered into pieces, posing a safety risk as I almost injured myself. I have submitted several photos as evidence. I paid £31 for this item and received an offer of £6 to keep the damaged item or return it. I find this offer unacceptable as the mirror is unusable, and the difference in value is significant. Currently, it is inconvenient for me to return the item. As a loyal customer of Groupon, I would like a full refund or a replacement. I have requested a call from a manager twice before at [redacted]2 but have not received any response. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

To whom it may concern,
I am Akaya. I recently purchased 2 items from Monogram Hub, the Michael and Tammy love products, using a $10 Groupon. I believe I may have been scammed due to difficulties contacting customer service for a refund. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, including sending an email on 10/13/[redacted], I have not received any response. The website seems to be intentionally unresponsive, with calls going to voicemail. I initially bought these items as a special gift for my sister's wedding, hoping for a quality product at a good price. Unfortunately, I am concerned about the credibility of the website after reading negative reviews stating delayed or missing orders and poor communication.
I am worried about the security of my payment information and the quality of the items. I kindly request a full refund of $55.98 plus the $10 Groupon value. Additionally, I urge you to reconsider featuring Monogram Hub on the Groupon vendor list to prevent similar issues in the future. Despite these challenges, I value your company and hope to continue enjoying your deals. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Best Regards!

We had a reservation at Mouse Trap Escape Room in Ybor City, Florida. Unfortunately, they canceled our appointment via email just 40 minutes before we were meant to arrive, mentioning that Groupon would provide a refund without giving a reason for the cancellation. Despite being in the area, we found the building completely closed with no staff present. We attempted to contact them for 35 minutes by knocking on the door, ringing the bell, and tapping on the windows, but received no response. It seems Mouse Trap might not be in operation after the upcoming weekend. I am seeking a full refund for this disappointing experience.

I recently bought a Groupon for house pressure washing services from Powermax in Chattanooga, TN. Unfortunately, their advertisement did not specify they only serviced Hamilton County. I reside in Chickamauga, GA, which is 24 miles away from their location in Ooltewah, TN. Despite being within their radius limit of 30 miles, they informed me that they could not come to my house. They mentioned they were only paid $90 by Groupon and it wasn't worth the trip. I feel disappointed as I paid for their service and am now left without it. I believe this is false advertising. As an elderly individual, I am unable to do the pressure washing myself. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] to assist me in obtaining a refund and possibly finding an alternative service provider.

I experienced issues with my order. I attempted to place orders for 2 wrangler suitcase sets, but due to failed transactions, I ended up being charged 5 times. I also used a Groupon gift card, but it wasn't applied to either transaction as expected. My bank had to reverse charges totaling $[redacted] that I did not authorize Groupon to debit from my account. Later, I received the 3 sets of suitcases I only intended to buy 2 of, and decided to keep the extra one. I've asked my bank to adjust the $[redacted] charge to reflect this. Please contact me at Cynthia Bloomfield at [redacted] for any clarification. Transaction details: [redacted] Largo Road unit [redacted], Henrico, Virginia, on 10.06.18.

I placed an order for a DNA my Dog kit on Sept 15, [redacted], through your website. I haven't received a confirmation email, as indicated on your site. The price I was charged on my credit card on Sept 17, [redacted] was $78.89, higher than the $59.99 I expected, likely due to ordering from the US site rather than the Canadian one. Despite expecting a tracking number, I haven't received one, and it's not in my spam folder. I'm concerned about the delay, as by Oct 15, [redacted], when I may receive the kit, my dog might no longer be with us. I'd appreciate a refund at this point due to the lack of information and high cost.

I am sharing my disappointment with the all-inclusive package I bought for a supposed 4-star resort in San Jose del Cabo. My partner and I had a terrible experience upon arrival. The room had numerous health code violations including cigarette burns on the couch disguised with pillows, dirty sheets, paint marks in the shower, employees using pool towels for cleaning, kegs placed on the floor in the bar, and visibly dirty glasses. We couldn't bear to stay the night; the conditions were worse than a motel. Additionally, the WiFi was inaccessible in our room and most of the resort. We checked out on October 13 at 9:38 AM and had to spend extra money to stay elsewhere. I have evidence in photos and am seeking a refund for this horrible ordeal. The resort directed us to contact Groupon for a refund, which I fully intend to do given our experience.

I have noticed discrepancies in the expiration dates on my voucher and emails. The voucher and printout say it expires on 10/28/18, while the emails on 10/15/18 and 10/8/18 state different dates. Can you confirm if I can use the voucher on 10/28/18? Also, will you honor the "Groupon guarantee" if the merchant refuses the voucher on that day? This has happened before, causing confusion. Kindly explain why there are discrepancies and which date to rely on. The fine print mentions age restrictions for voucher use. Can you clarify the applicable age group? I request to speak or chat with a customer service representative promptly. Thank you.

I hosted a birthday party and purchased 8 VIP seating tickets for my guests to attend the Magic Mike show on October 13th. However, upon arrival at 8:05 PM, the manager informed us that only the last available seats were left, despite our expectation of VIP seating in the first rows as specified in the deal. Additionally, we did not receive the promised services of a photo and shirt. The disorganization at the venue was disappointing. I am seeking a refund for all 8 tickets. Knowing that it was first come, first served, I would have opted for less expensive tickets at $13 instead of the pricier ones at $30. Please assist in resolving this matter and processing the refund. Let me know if you require the contact information of my friends who witnessed this unfair treatment.

Order 2: [redacted]1 Groupon # LG-LNWL-2MSM-FHFP-JZ44
I purchased two AT900V 4K ultra HD waterproof cameras on 9-25-18 for $87.56 from techcomm. The order was initially shipped via FedEx and later transferred to USPS. Unfortunately, it was sent to an old address associated with my Groupon account from over a year ago. The tracking information indicates an unsuccessful delivery attempt on 10-2-18 with the package being returned to the shipper. I have already contacted tech comm via email, but they redirected me to Groupon for resolution.
I am seeking guidance on how to secure a refund as I intend to repurchase these items for gifting purposes. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I tried multiple times to schedule my appointment with the company using my voucher but was met with difficulties each time. The website indicated availability, yet I was told differently when I called. Upon visiting the company, I felt discriminated against and humiliated. Despite my medium-length hair, I was asked to pay an additional $25 for it being slightly longer than shoulder-length, which was the criteria for the voucher service. When I agreed to pay for the cut, I was further told that if I trimmed my hair at home, the service would only cost an extra $7. I was taken aback by this treatment and couldn't understand why there were additional charges for a simple service. In the end, I paid a total of $65 feeling disrespected and disappointed with the experience.
