I bought a Groupon on September 24 for 6 hours of house cleaning from Way 2 Clean. Today, Connie came to clean, thinking it was for 4 hours instead. I explained it was for 6 and she advised me to contact Groupon to adjust it to 4 hours. Connie Lawrence, the owner, also emailed Groupon from my home, suggesting I seek a refund from them. Initially, I inquired if she could return for the remaining 2 hours, but she mentioned it wasn't possible with the Groupon terms. Now that she's left, I've noticed areas she missed cleaning, and I won't be rehiring her. Moreover, I used a 20% off coupon when purchasing the Groupon, but I'm unsure how that applies. This experience has left me dissatisfied, hoping for a resolution. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue despite buying numerous Groupons before.

I bought a Groupon for a massage last year, during which I experienced assault. Despite my requests for a phone call to discuss the issue, I was repeatedly asked to email the details. This lack of sensitivity added to my stress. I never received a refund, and the massage deal still appears on Groupon. Recently, a detective contacted me about another woman who reported a similar incident with the same masseuse. This led to felony charges. I used a Groupon at Fun Spot in Fayetteville, GA on October 6, [redacted]. The total for one child (6 years old) and one adult for unlimited access was $53.90. However, my bank statement shows an additional charge of $24. My total should have been $53.90, not $53.90 plus $24. I am unsure why this extra charge was applied. I have receipts for my purchases including $10 for arcade games, $5 for parking (paid in cash), and $7.47 for 2 icees. Please help me understand and refund the extra $24. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach out to ZZZDen for weeks to book an appointment. After numerous unanswered calls, I finally contacted the owner through Facebook messenger. However, the owner was rude and insisted on setting an appointment that suited her schedule, not mine. We agreed on Thursday, October 11 at 1:00 PM, but I received a text reminder stating Friday, October 12 at 1:00 PM. Despite my efforts to contact the owner, the business was closed when I arrived on Thursday. I am dissatisfied with the service and would like a refund after failing to resolve the issue with the owner.

I made a purchase on Sunday, September 9, [redacted] from GROUPON INC GROUPON.COM for $63. I spoke with LaVelle from Window Square at [redacted] on September 7 and scheduled an appointment for October 8 between 9 and 11. However, there was a no-show and no call. After rescheduling with LaVelle for October 11 between 10 and 12, due to hurricane weather, I requested to change the date to October 10, but LaVelle did not call back as promised. I reserved tickets for Circus Zyair in Swansea for the 5 pm show tonight. Upon arrival, I was informed I needed proof of booking. I had a confirmation from Groupon with a relevant barcode. After verifying with Circus Zyair this morning, I was told the barcode was sufficient for entry. However, when my husband and son arrived at the ticket office, they were denied entry for not having the correct type of confirmation. This conflicting information left my son disappointed and us frustrated in the rain. The customer service was poor, and the whole experience was disgraceful. I am requesting a prompt refund of £10 and for the company to address this issue accordingly.

I accidentally ordered two of the same items, resulting in an extra-large, vacuum-sealed dog bed from Groupon that remains unopened. Due to a flight delay, I arrived late and missed check-in. After numerous attempts, I spoke with a staff member who advised me to speak with the manager the next day about canceling the remaining nights. The manager was impolite, indicating my room was reallocated as a "no show" and I was not entitled to a refund or the room. Dejected, I reached out to the regional manager, who is now in touch with groupon on my behalf. I am required to provide a policy number to the regional manager for reference. I am willing to pay for the initial missed night but unwilling to pay for two nights in a room that was rebooked. I have engaged in dialogues with groupon to explore refund options, pending the policy number from the regional manager.

I booked and paid for a stay at Nicotel Bisceglie through Groupon. I shared the codes to make the reservation. Later, I had to cancel due to a family bereavement and reschedule the stay for a later date with the establishment's consent. Now the hotel is asking for the codes, which I no longer have, to cancel the coupon. I have sent them the order number and payment confirmation that I retrieved from my account. Unfortunately, I no longer have the emails, but I am certain I provided them with the codes since they wouldn't have allowed me to book otherwise. I bought a Caribbean taster menu voucher for a restaurant in West Kensington, which has since expired. When I got the Groupon, I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times but they never answered. Their website stated they open at 5 pm, but each time I went after 5 pm, they were closed. Consequently, I've wasted time and money on this experience, even bringing a friend along who also wasted her time and money. I accidentally purchased THREE items that I do not want. One of them is an umbrella, which I had ordered correctly a couple of weeks ago. Hello, I recently made a purchase of the "Genuine Marcasite freshwater pearl Sterling Silver ring, 7 3 mm, 3 ct band. Unfortunately, the ring I received seems to have a fake stone and a different band compared to what I ordered. I received the item on 10/11, and on the same day, I initiated a refund request. However, on 10/12 at 8:51 AM, I received an email from Groupon stating that the ring must be returned to the warehouse by that same day, which was not feasible due to the timing of the delivery and email notification.
