Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman1365220's own words
I was looking at a hotel for vacation, went Into to read about it and get final price, we decided to continue to look for something else and I exited the app. Then couple hours later the charge was processed through, which I did not do. I got an email so I went into to cancel and it wouldn't let me. I chatted with customer service who told me that it had to be canceled by *pm but I didn't even know that it was processed till I got the email at *** pm. I was told that they would contact hotel to see if they would cancel and they would let me know. I was told a couple days later that the hotel would not cancel, which was a lie! I filed a dispute with my bank, I didn't even have that much money in my acct. Now my bank has come back and withdrew the money from my acct saying that Groupon said it was a legit charge, again another lie! I called the hotel who told me that the reservation was canceled with no penalty so I contacted Groupon again who wanted to transfer me to the hotel. Uhh frustrating.. contacted Groupon again and asked to have a supervisor contact me and was told they would contact me in **-** hours, that was a week ago still nothing... seems like Groupon is a scam company and I want my money back!!! I also screenshot the fine print on the voucher that stated it had to be canceled ** days in advance and it was ** days in advance but I was told no.. this is not right and I will be making complaints to BBB and whoever else I can if I don't get the money refunded. Groupon should not do people this way!!
