Purchase them. There was a limit of * I-Lopo sessions or * individual. They weee charged to my credit card and I need an exact list of all transactions at exactly what time and what was processed, refunded and waiting to process. ... There was a return on my groupon for an amount I did not purchase on my credit card. I have had several live chats and it was not sufficient. I need a printed copy of all transactions at exactly the time I purchased them emailed to me. I need the date of transaction, time of purchase, refund if transaction and time of refund as well as amount and from what retail and in what quantity. There is also a problem with my groupon. It has shown a transaction is pending for months now. I AM REQUESTION A CALL BACK! I have run out if patients now. If your agents could have done what I REQUESTED THE FIRST TIME, I wouldn’t need a call back! (***)***-****

If an person gives me the list of purchases, times, dates, what was redeemed, returned and “pending”. I don’t understand why there was a refund in the amount of something I did not buy and things I was charged for but didn’t buy. Give me my money back.
This was the first few things I bought. I would have bought more and would like to if GROUPON is reputable. Friends swear by your desks and have good luck. That’s how I heard about you. I’m not asking for much. Just my return.
