Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-rmseneri's own words
My name is Rebecca Seneriz, i purchased an all inclusive getaway to what was advertised as a * star resort in San Jose del Cabo. The experience was absolutely awful. My significant other and I arrived, and upon entering our room noticed many health code violations. There were cigarette holes on the couch which were attempted to be covered by pillows. The sheets were dirty, the shower had paint marks along the baseboards, the employees were using pool towels for the ground while performing maintenance, the kegs were on the ground in the bar, not to mention the glasses used at the bar were visibly soiled. We stayed for one night and had to immediately leave, this place was worse then a motel. Also we could barely use the WiFi, it was not available in our room and majority of the resort. We checked out October ** at *:** AM and had to spend money to stay elsewhere. I have documented photos and would like a refund for this god awful experience we had. The resort stated we must go through groupon to receive a refund and that is my full intention after what we had to go through.

GetHuman-rmseneri did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
