I ordered a DNA my Dog on Sept ******* via your website. i have never received an email stating the the order was confirmed. Which you site says i should have received. ** I ordered it at the price of $**.**. When i got my credit card statement it was billed on Sept ******* for $**.**. i understand that my mistake was ordering from the .com (US)site and not the .ca (Canada) site. Still that is a bit of a hike in price.*I have not received any tracking information at all. And no it is not in my spam mail!**Where is my order?*Why is the price so much higher?*Where did you send my order or has it even been processed?*It is now Oct ******* and i do believe that by the time i get the DNA my dog kit, my dog may be dead. This is extremely poor service and I would rather have a refund than the product.
