I purchased a groupon on November **, ****. It was for a Mac laptop, I paid $*** and it was supposed to come with a year warranty through Apple. My computer last week sadly stopped turning on or responding. I took the laptop to Apple to get fixed since I have a year warranty... I took the computer to Apple and they looked up the vin and all the information and explained that my warranty had expired in July of ****... but this doesn’t make sense since I purchased the computer on November **, ****. It is currently October ** **** so the year warranty I purchased should still be effective. I am sitting here with a dead computer and no way to contact customer support on the phone. I would love someone to reach out since I’m a student and need my computer to function. I need answers on how to get my computer fixed or replaced since I purchased a WARRANTY! I should be covered!!!
