I ordered a Groupon for window washing for $***.**. I called the company, SG&Associates to schedule the cleaning. They were scheduled to come to my home on November **th, the scheduled time was from **:** - *:**. I confirmed on Thursday, the **th. They never showed up at my home. I called them several times after *:** on the **th to ask if I could be given a more specific time frame for their arrival. I was placed on hold twice, then disconnected. I called two more times and got an answering machine both times, I left messages and no one has responded. Once, when I called from my home number which they had in their system, no one ever answered the phone. I then immediately called from my cell phone number which they did not have and they answered immediately! I was placed on hold then disconnected. I believe I spoke with "Stephanie", who confirmed my appointment on Thursday. Since they have been so unreliable, I would like a refund. I don't want to deal with a company who has so little respect for customers.*Thank you*Carleater Holmes
