Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-joywahl's own words
I purchased * separate groupons for exotic car rides from mile high drives. I purchased them on dec **th ****, they expire on sept **th. I had purchased them for my fiance **th birthday. they were each for an hour to drive the denver foothills on a ** mile rout with other tour participants. I tried multiple times to book an appointment on line and received message that the website was being updated. I then contacted the owners who said they had recently purchased the company and were checking with the previous owner, the denver foothills road is under construction so they could not honor the initial purchase but would work with us. When I did not hear back I contacted Roman one of the owners, he said they needed to figure out how to honor all * of the groupons. He said he would honor the groupons even if it was past the expiration date. I have contacted the owner multiple times, the last time they said they would respond by today. I have yet to hear from them and would like a refund.
GetHuman-joywahl did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
