I'm frustrated with Groupon. This is the second time I've had issues with my orders. I booked a family of four circus tickets in early September for Saturday, September 8th at 6pm. Today, the circus informed me I needed a confirmation email for the booking. After searching my emails, I discovered I needed to rebook for Sunday at 11am, which is not the date or time I selected initially. This mix-up has upset my daughter for her birthday. It's disappointing as I've previously purchased without any problems. This recent experience with Groupon has left me very annoyed.

I am encountering issues using the 50% off email coupons that are regularly sent to me. Today, when I tried to apply the code "50EXTRA," it prompted a message saying "you must be logged on to the same account as the email." Despite having only one Groupon Account that I have used for years, I faced difficulties. Last week, I had to buy Russian Nutcracker suite ballet tickets for $[redacted] without being able to use the 50% code that was sent to me. Today, I tried to purchase 3 Dierks Bentley tickets for $20 each at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA, for the October 5th show, but encountered the same issue. I am very frustrated with Groupon for what seems like a bait-and-switch tactic. I believe a refund for the 50% off my ballet ticket purchase should be issued, and I request assistance in applying the 50% off code for the current Dierks Bentley purchase. - A.F.

I bought a spa package on September 2nd, [redacted], for my husband's birthday. I reserved a couples massage for 7:00 pm and was given a confirmation code by the operator, David. When we got to the spa, we waited in line for thirty minutes, only to be told after another ten minutes in the lobby that they were not accepting Groupons that day. To avoid ruining my husband's birthday celebration, I paid $[redacted].00 in cash. After contacting them by email, they agreed to refund the amount to my debit card, but instead, I received Groupon Bucks. Since I have no plans to use them, I would like the money to be credited back to my card. Thank you.

Subject: Total Body Aesthetics - Refund Issue
Hello,
I have been trying to contact Total Body Aesthetics multiple times to request a refund for a Groupon purchase. During my appointment, I was pressured to upgrade to a more expensive package and was assured that if I wasn't satisfied, I could receive a refund. However, despite my attempts to follow up on this, I have not received any response from the company. My appointment was on May 5th at the Del Mar location, and the transaction was processed on May 25th on my Visa ending in [redacted]. I have been met with complete disregard for my inquiries and requests for a refund, which has left me feeling misled and scammed. If I do not receive assistance with my refund, I will have to escalate this matter further. I would like a full refund for my Groupon purchase.
Thank you,
Amanda C.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding a Groupon purchase I made in error for the Crayola Experience at Mall of America. While browsing the Groupon with my daughter, she accidentally pressed the green "place order" button on my phone. Simultaneously, my father was purchasing tickets for the same attraction. I promptly attempted to refund the Groupon, but was unable to do so. I engaged in two chat sessions with customer service, and was informed both times that the Groupon was a final sale and could not be refunded. Despite my efforts to rectify the mistake immediately, I was met with this policy that left me frustrated. As a loyal Groupon customer, I am disappointed that I cannot return an unintentional purchase with ease. The purchase cost might not have been significant, but the inflexibility around this issue leaves me hesitant to continue purchasing from your company. I urge you to reconsider your final sale policy, especially in cases like mine.

Hello,
My name is M.C. I flew from NYC to enjoy a helicopter tour with iFlight, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to Mother Nature. I would like to reschedule, but being from Miami, I don't have plans to return to New York anytime soon. This is disappointing as I traveled here specifically to see the Statue of Liberty, which I've never seen before. Now, I am heading back home feeling let down. When I contacted iFlight, they advised me to reach out to you since I booked through your platform. Kindly reach me via email at [redacted] and also call my cell at [redacted]. I hope to hear from you soon. My voucher number is [redacted]6. Thank you.

I made a reservation using my account under the name Chloe Connolly with the email [redacted] I chose September 15th for a deluxe ocean view room at Rendezvous Scarborough. However, when I checked my email, I saw that I was booked for a lower guest room which is not available on those dates. I specifically wanted the ocean view room. The only dates I can stay are September 14th-15th or 15th-16th. I have those days off work for my anniversary, so I cannot stay on any other dates. Had I known the ocean view room was not available, I would not have booked through Groupon. I am requesting a full refund or to explore upgrade options to stay on those dates.

I made a reservation for a Luau for two people scheduled for Wednesday, September 12th. Unfortunately, I realized my error as I unintentionally booked a Luau on a different island, which was quite costly for me. I am feeling quite upset about this mistake and I am hoping there is a way to rectify it.

I made a reservation for a Luau for two on Wednesday, September 12th. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked it for the wrong island. The details are as follows:
Booking Reference: BR-[redacted]99
Tour Operator: MC&A
Tour Operator Confirmation No: [redacted]
Supplied by Viator.
I was organizing my vacation early to enjoy time with my husband. Navigating the islands can be confusing for us mainlanders, and I mistakenly booked the wrong location.
I've been a loyal Groupon user for over 7 years and have made booking errors before without asking for assistance. I usually appreciate their services.
I would like a refund if possible, or if not, I would settle for transferring the reservation to O'ahu, where I am currently. I looked for Viator's contact number but couldn't find one.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Groupon and may not use it again. A phone number for direct contact is essential. While in Washington DC, I purchased a Groupon for a hop-on, hop-off service. They left us stranded at 9 am and never returned for us despite numerous calls. By noon, we had to resort to calling a taxi, which cost us $79.02 compared to the $16.88 we spent that morning. This situation could have been avoided if the hop-on, hop-off service had been reliable. We were continuously informed they were just 15 minutes away, which was not the case. This was especially difficult for me due to upcoming knee surgery. It's unacceptable to blame the delay on the bus being held up by another group as they were aware of the schedule. I am requesting a full refund as the service was unreliable and the management was unresponsive. Refunding my money is necessary, and I advise against using this service due to the inconvenience and dishonesty we experienced.

We are currently staying at a resort that we booked through Groupon. Since check-in, we have been trying to resolve an issue regarding over $[redacted] in taxes between Groupon and the resort. Despite multiple attempts, we have not received any assistance from Groupon to help us clarify this matter. It's frustrating that the company has not responded with a human touch to address this problem. If necessary, we are prepared to escalate this until it reaches the highest level. It is disappointing that Groupon has not been more responsive, and we are considering involving the news channel to shed light on this situation.

I'm trying to figure out how to check if I've already used a Groupon. The site lists my purchases and some are marked expired, but it doesn't indicate if they've been used. I sometimes forget. Can someone explain how I can find out from Groupon if a purchase has been used or if it's still valid, either expired or not? I'd appreciate a helpful response. If a purchase is expired and unused, how can I apply the credit towards a new purchase?

I attempted to redeem my Viamedex patch Groupon twice. After a challenging experience with Groupon's customer service, I managed to reach your live chat support. The live chat advised me to email Viamecex, which I did on two occasions without receiving any response. Furthermore, I have not received the socks I ordered, and there is conflicting information between your interface and Fedex tracking. I would appreciate it if you could contact me via phone at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] to provide solutions to these issues. You should be able to locate my account using this information. Dealing with Groupon's customer service problems has been frustrating, and this experience will determine if I will continue to use Groupon. Thank you, John K.

Subject: Refund Request for Order #[redacted]
Dear Customer Service,
I am reaching out regarding Order #[redacted]. I had purchased standing paddle boarding tickets for a friend's surprise bridal shower. Unfortunately, upon trying to make a reservation, we were informed that Groupon tickets could only be used before 1 pm, which was not stated on the website. As we do not reside near San Diego, it was impossible for us to make it before the specified time. Due to this restriction, the coupon became unusable for our event. Consequently, I had to procure another ticket from a different store through Groupon to accommodate our schedule.
It is disappointing that Everday California's policies were not clearly outlined on their website, leading to a misunderstanding and inconvenience on my end. I respectfully request a refund for the funds spent on the standing paddle boarding ticket. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Sincerely,
HBJ

My friend bought 3 tickets for the upcoming Bubble Run at Jones Beach in NY on September 29th at 9:00 am. However, when I tried to register using the redemption code, it didn't deduct the cost as expected. This is causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. The redemption codes are 4x8q5tye, Squae9b3, and C92kp2xp. I need guidance on why it's not working properly for me. Two of the codes have been redeemed, but I'm not sure which one is still valid and why it's not applying correctly. Your help is greatly appreciated.

On May 30, [redacted], I purchased two coupons for Hot and Salty Spa in Round Rock, Texas at $22.00 each, paying with PayPal. The coupons expire on September 27, [redacted]. Despite making an appointment on September 7, I was informed on the way there that the coupons wouldn't be honored due to the spa no longer partnering with Groupon. I declined to pay out of pocket. I was advised to seek a refund from Groupon for the total of $44.00. I request a refund via check or a credit to my PayPal account, not in the form of Groupon coupons. As a senior on a fixed income, the amount would be helpful for other health expenses. Looking forward to a prompt response. Thank you.

On May 30, [redacted], I bought two coupons for the Hot and Salty Spa in Round Rock, Texas, totaling forty-four dollars. I used PayPal for the payment. The coupons expire on September 27, [redacted].
When I scheduled an appointment on September 7, I was informed enroute that the spa could not honor the coupons due to the lack of a contract with Groupon. They asked me to pay for the session, which I declined. I was advised to contact Groupon for a full refund of forty-four dollars.
I am requesting a refund either by check or a credit to my PayPal account, as I do not want Groupon credits. Being a senior with a fixed income, I could utilize the refund for other healthcare needs. Please respond promptly via email instead of phone.
Thank you,
R. Hamilton

Dear Customer Support,
We had purchased 3 tickets for the Pentatonix concert that got cancelled on the night we were supposed to attend. I reached out to Groupon yesterday regarding this issue and received an email regarding rescheduling the show to September 12 at 7:45 p.m. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make it on the new date and would like to request a refund to our original payment method. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

On September 4th, I bought a Groupon deal for one microdermabrasion treatment at Logos Wellness & Aesthetics for $32, but due to an error on the app, I accidentally purchased two treatments for $62. When I went to use the coupon on September 8th, the receptionist said I couldn't use the second one as it was meant for someone other than myself. I didn't end up using the coupon, so I'm requesting a refund of $62. The Paypal transaction ID is [redacted]3J[redacted]8. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I purchased a 5-day parking voucher for DIA, planning to use it on August 22 when I traveled to Dallas. However, I couldn't find the specific parking location on the voucher and ended up parking at the airport lot instead. Upon my return, I was informed I was at the wrong lot and had to pay again.
The correct lot mentioned I could use the voucher on my next trip, which is next week, but I've now lost the voucher. I'm concerned about the money I spent on it, especially being retired. I'm continuing to search for the lost voucher but would like guidance on obtaining a copy.
