Dear Groupon, I bought a Quilted Slip-Cover Furniture Protector for my loveseat and sofa in burgundy, but they turned out more red than burgundy. On your website, it says "Free Returns" and "Ships in 1 day," but when I tried to print the shipping label, it said it was a final sale. This is very misleading. I purchased these items on August 25, [redacted]. I am willing to reorder the covers in a different color, but I believe this issue needs to be resolved. Otherwise, I may have to contact my credit card company. Cathy T.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for Camila Salon in Albany, California, located on Solano Avenue. After having booking issues with the hair stylist, I had to reschedule my appointments several times. Now, the salon owner has requested that I cancel my Groupon and seek a refund from Groupon directly as she is facing difficulties in canceling the deal on her end. I am feeling frustrated and would appreciate a full refund. The purchase was made on August 15th, [redacted], and the order number is #[redacted] for $32. Thank you for any assistance.

I had some trouble with my credit card payment, and as a result, I accidentally ended up ordering 3 of the same item instead of just one. I received three single hook bra backs, but I only need one. I would like to exchange two of the single hook bra backs for one double hook bra back and one triple hook bra back, both of which I can use. The orders are labeled as no returns, but this was due to a technical glitch that caused the multiple orders.

I contacted Groupon again to address two issues. Firstly, I am requesting a refund and compensation for their breach of the refunds policy. Secondly, I am seeking compensation for a dangerous faulty item they sold me, a mini motorbike that had a petrol leak and nearly exploded in my back garden. The leak caused harm to my aquatic life, patio, shrubs, and plants. Three of my koi carp died due to the incident. Despite Groupon being aware of the situation and providing an estimated compensation amount of £[redacted] for the damages, I have not received any formal communication since August 21, [redacted]. The bike was collected in early July [redacted], but there seems to be a misunderstanding as the resolution team is requesting photos of the bike, even though it was collected undamaged. After speaking with customer service, they assured me that someone from the resolution department would contact me within 48 hours. I am unsure whether to wait for their proposal or take further steps. Your recommendations on the next course of action would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your ongoing support.

I bought a "full interior detail with window cleaning for sedan" on July 3, [redacted]. When I tried to schedule the service, they mentioned that it only includes interior cleaning, not the exterior. I assumed it covered both inside and outside cleaning. They offered me a full outside detail for an additional fee, the same price as the interior detail, but then said they couldn't exchange services. I just want a refund now due to the confusion. It's been frustrating dealing with this. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this. Xclusive Auto Detail, order number 1[redacted]38-[redacted].

I received the Mona Lisa Touch treatment twice at the Beverly Hills office. I had paid for three sessions. Unfortunately, the last treatment was concerning for me. The doctor used the same gloves for various tasks, including touching surfaces, the machine, and the equipment inserted during the procedure. I doubted the sterilization practices. I felt uneasy about the hygiene standards. I am hesitant to go back for the third session. I am considering contacting my insurance provider to address the situation. I am not feeling well after the procedure, especially compared to the prior treatments. I would like a refund for the third session as I believe this is a serious issue of malpractice. The situation has left me feeling uncertain and uncomfortable.

I bought three separate Groupons for exotic car rides from Mile High Drives on December 12th, [redacted], with an expiration date of September 15th. It was intended for my fiancé's 65th birthday. Each ride was supposed to be one hour long, driving through the Denver foothills on a 30-mile route with other tour participants. When trying to schedule online, the website was updating, so I contacted the new owners who explained they recently acquired the business and were resolving issues from the previous owner. Due to road construction, the original drive route couldn't be honored. After contacting Roman, one of the owners, he promised to honor the Groupons, even if expired, but the communication has been lacking. Despite their promise to respond by today, I've yet to hear from them and now prefer a refund.

Hello, I recently purchased a 60-minute massage from Kate Burton Spa in Westport, CT. However, I encountered difficulties trying to schedule an appointment as no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. After finally securing an appointment and receiving a confirmation text, I arrived for my scheduled time only to find no one at the front desk. After waiting 30 minutes, I knocked on the door and was informed that my massage therapist had left due to illness. The staff mentioned honoring my Groupon on another day but never followed up as promised. I am now seeking a refund for this inconvenience. Thank you. - Allison

I am facing an issue with my recent 3-day soup & juice voucher showing as redeemed, even though I haven't used it yet. Previously, I had purchased and redeemed a 3-day juice cleanse from another business that only sells organic juices. I am seeking assistance to either obtain a new voucher for the soup & juice cleanse or have the "redeemed" status removed. I have paid for the voucher and wish to utilize it. For verification, you can reach out to the business and confirm that they have not fulfilled any order for Cheryl Melanson at email [redacted] The vouchers were purchased through livingsocial. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. If removing the redeemed status is not possible, please issue a credit to my account so I can reorder the cleanse.

I made a massage appointment with Rainwild and called to confirm the booking procedure, but she was unavailable so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, I never heard back. Despite this, I proceeded to book through the system as instructed. Arriving for my appointment, I was informed that Rainwild had emailed me, even though I left a voicemail. She claims she informed Groupon and asked for a change in the booking process. After traveling 10 miles and waiting in the rain in her outdoor waiting area, my appointment wasn't honored as planned and paid for. I'm requesting a refund for the missed treatment.

I have 8 emails offering to trade in, but for the past 2 days, the site has been showing as temporarily unavailable. I was assured today via email that the issue would be resolved, but I have yet to receive any updates. The problem seems to be persisting despite being marked as fixed.

I, Maxine Austin of 24 Woodfield Circle, Pemberton, NJ, [redacted], recently purchased a fitness tracker watch with blood pressure and heart rate monitor that included accidental damage protection. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the damage protection and also added a two-year replacement plan, which I did not request. The fitness tracker itself seems of poor quality, too small for my liking. I would appreciate a refund to my Jet Blue MasterCard. I did not receive a receipt or any return instructions with the product. Due to surgery, I've been unable to deal with this for over two weeks. I am 77 years old and not very tech-savvy. The label on the packaging says to return it to Express at [redacted] Grace Place, Commerce, CA 90[redacted], but I don't know the return process. This has been causing me a lot of distress. Please assist me as I cannot afford to waste money. My home phone number is [redacted].

I made a booking for a real estate course yesterday with Needham Trust Realty. Earlier today, I attempted to confirm the class using the Groupon code, but it was unsuccessful, so I had to reach out via phone. Upon explaining the situation to the gentleman who answered, he mentioned they were experiencing issues with Groupon. Despite paying $53 for the course, he informed me they offered it for $30, but I would need to purchase a book separately. After providing my details, he assured me a real estate agent would contact me to finalize the booking. While I missed the fall session, I received a confirmation indicating a $[redacted] balance remaining. Having made several Groupon purchases, I believe this situation is misleading. I opted for this deal thinking it was advantageous, but with an additional $[redacted] bill, the total of $[redacted] is unexpected. If I had known about these costs upfront, I would have chosen Lee Institute or Massachusetts Real Estate. Kindly process a refund through Groupon with refund reference number DSAHGNDX. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you! - Michelle M.

I recently bought a Groupon for coolsculpting services, but encountered issues with scheduling. Upon visiting the vendor, I discovered the offer was fraudulent. When I contacted Groupon for a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 7-day refund window but could receive Groupon credits instead. I feel uneasy about the vendors' trustworthiness and prefer a refund of $[redacted]. The fine print should have clarified that unused offers after 7 days would only be credited. Refund eligibility should align with the voucher duration. Given the fraudulent nature of the offer, I believe the policy should be more flexible. I have observed other customers facing similar problems and wish for a cash refund instead of Groupon credits.

I purchased tickets for the Godsmack and Shinedown concert on August 25th, [redacted] through Living Social, a Groupon company. I was supposed to receive an email with the tickets to print or scan, but unfortunately, neither my email nor my wife's account had received them on the day of the show. When I called the customer service number, I was informed by an automated message that they were closed, which was disappointing as I needed assistance. We had to buy lawn seats for $93.00 to ensure we didn't miss the show, especially because Shinedown is my 8-year-old son's favorite band. I would appreciate a refund for the $93.00 we had to spend to attend the event. My name is Scott C., and I was charged $60.00 ($20 per ticket) on March 28th, [redacted] as a Living Social promotion. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

My daughter purchased a Groupon for a smog check at a local place, but when she went there, they refused to accept it. She ended up paying for the service herself. Now she has a Groupon for Smart Smog in Fairfield, CA that she can't use. It's frustrating that she was sold a voucher for a place that won't honor it. How can she get a refund for this?

For the past few months, I've been attempting to schedule an appointment with this business. I purchased a Groupon for a hair cut and coloring back in May and have been unsuccessful in reaching them despite multiple calls per week and leaving voicemails. As the Groupon is nearing expiration, I now seek a FULL refund as I diligently followed the redemption instructions with no response. I am currently located in San Francisco, making it challenging to visit the San Diego establishment. Initially, I planned to redeem the Groupon in May, then extended my efforts into June and July with no success. Even during a short visit to San Diego in August, my attempts proved fruitless.

I faced an unresolved Groupon issue. Despite having an online chat with an agent, we got disconnected, and I couldn't reconnect with them. Previously, Groupon provided a phone number for immediate assistance or promised a callback within 24 hours, which was a beneficial service. Regrettably, this support is no longer available. As a customer since [redacted], I appreciate Groupon, but I've encountered losses from unused coupons due to difficulties in redeeming them. I currently possess about 20 unredeemed coupons, resulting in financial loss. Requesting the reinstatement of a phone line for customer support to enable leaving messages and receiving callbacks within 24 hours. Communicating online without human interaction during urgent situations is inadequate. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase more coupons despite having bought over [redacted] in the past. Sincerely, Gayle S from Pompano Beach, Florida. 😢😢😢😢

I am frustrated with the difficulty I am facing arranging an initial appointment for my daughter, who received a gift voucher. Despite her three attempts to contact CrossFit through email, she did not receive a confirmed start date. I reached out to CrossFit myself to schedule and finally got a date for next Thursday. The business mentioned they didn't have time to respond to my daughter. We both provided the voucher information. The owner then mentioned a need to verify my purchase of the correct Groupon for the beginner class, which I am confident I did as I selected the more expensive option suitable for beginners. Due to the lack of communication and service quality, my daughter no longer wishes to attend. Can I please request a refund for this inconvenience?

I purchased a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure, which I haven't used yet. I had an appointment scheduled for today at 4:30. Arriving at 4:25, I was told Lauren would be with me shortly after finishing up. However, after waiting for 35 minutes without any communication or progress, I decided to leave. The customer service was extremely poor. I intend to reschedule, but the experience makes me hesitant to return. I am considering requesting a refund as I am not keen on going back for the service. I hope to purchase a similar deal from a different salon instead.
