I have used Groupon for years and now they have NO live support. Just ***** the customer! I will not use them ever again!!!

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hey a refund from a business that can’t help me. ... I have a Groupon, The De-Stressor, I would like refunded. I realize I have had it for some time. Yesterday was the *nd time I tried to book this and this time when I told them I had a Groupon, the soonest date is August **. I have not used it before now because my mother was in and out of hospital for months and then passed. I am now taking care of my dad, that uses a wheel chair. I cannot book that far out. I'm sure you can see how long I have been a customer and how much I have purchased. I would really like to have a refund on this. Also, I never even spoke with this person, They handle everything through a text. Thank you.
If this is not going to get resolved I will never use Groupon again. I have been a customer since right after Groupon started. They will or be a top app for long like this.
