Payment of Rs. ***** for subscription of *** GB storage space is paid as shown in my Axis bank account but your software replies that there is a problem for payment. But the payment is already made. Please look into it confirm my status. I want that my storage limit should be upgraded to *** GB as I have paid the subscription.*I do not understand. Who will upgrade the storage limit. Is it me? But I have made the payment as the amount is debited from my bank account.
